Why do jurists allow the forced marriage of a minor and/or virgin?
It seems very clear that forced marriage is Islamically haram, as per these hadith: > Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “A previously-married woman should not be married until she has been consulted, and a virgin should not be married until her permission has been sought.” Th...
It seems very clear that forced marriage is Islamically haram, as per these hadith:
> Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “A previously-married woman should not be married until she has been consulted, and a virgin should not be married until her permission has been sought.” They said: “O Messenger of Allaah, what is her permission?” He said: “If she remains silent.”
> Buraydah ibn al-Hasib said: A girl came to the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) and said: My father married me to his brother’s son so that he might raise his own status thereby. The Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) gave her the choice, and she said: I approve of what my father did, but I wanted women to know that their fathers have no right to do that."
Yet, there seems to be a lot of scholars who think that a father can marry off his, virgin, minor, daughter without her consent:
>Ibn Qudaamah (may Allaah have mercy on him) said: With regard to a virgin who is still a minor, there is no difference of opinion concerning her (i.e., that her father may marry her off even if she objects).
>Ibn al-Mundhir said: Every scholar from whom we learned was agreed that it is permissible for a man to marry off his virgin daughter who is still a minor, if he marries her to someone who is compatible, and it is permissible for him to marry her off even if she objects and refuses.
>Al Baghawi said: There is a consensus of the scholars that it is permissible for the fathers to marry their young daughters even if they are still in the cradle, but it is not permissible for the husbands to consummate the marriage with them, unless they become physically fit for sexual intercourse by mature males.
Why is there a consensus among scholars that minors and/or virgins can be married off without her consent when it seems to contradict hadith? I can't seem to find anything in the Quran, hadith, or Sunnah that supports the claim. Am I missing something?

My Question is:
What are/is the view(s) of scholars on performing qada' for nafl/sunna prayers, is it recommended, if yes how and are there any limitation (for example can I do qada' when ever I recall it as the case for fard according the sahih hadith:
> "He who forgets the prayer, or he slept (and it was omitted), its expiation is (only) that he should observe it when he remembers it."
. or can I only make up the prayers I missed actually).

I’m a 16 y/o girl and a couple of years ago I found out that gossiping/backbite was haram, to be honest I didn’t know about it before and sinned unknowingly but when I did find out I did my best to stop. Now my question is do I still have to tell the people that I have wronged about what I have said if they don’t know and that I did it unknowing that it was a sin? And is it different if i just gossiped about them or if i backbite them bc i have seen some people say that if you gossiped about someone and they don’t know, you shouldn’t tell them and with backbiting some people say you don’t have to tell them if they do not know while others recommend you to tell them. And there is some people that i genuinely don’t remember that I have backbit? What should i do and how should i repent? And I have heard that sins committed out of ignorance are pardoned but I saw somewhere that it wouldn’t take all the consequences from backbiting (I don’t think it applies to other sins but idk I’m not a scholar). And to give more context I have done my best to ask forgiveness for the backbiting I have done to those that I remember but there are 1 person I remember I have backbite/gossiped about though I did it out of anger and ignorance (we have made up without realizing/ apologized ) and frankly I don’t think she want to know speak with me since we both will soon start high school in different schools. If it helps I have sincerely regretted what I have done and have spoken good about her when people said something negative about her or when I talk about her in general, I’m not sure she will add me back since Snapchat is the only way I somewhat can contact her. What should I do

1. What is the earliest source and chain of this Hadith?
2. What is the earliest source of Abu Qilaba and Ahmed ibn Hanbal mentioning that this hadith refers to Shafii? If it's not a direct text from them, what is the chain for the athar?

Bismillah,
It is well-known that the punishment for saying something deliberately and unambiguously, insulting to Islam or Prophet Muhammad SAW, is death as was thoroughly explained by @UmH in her answer to https://islam.stackexchange.com/questions/2625/how-should-insults-to-the-prophet-muhammad-pbuh-be-handled
However, I also want to know how, and if, blasphemy against other religions should he punished in a Muslim state.
I got curious about this due to the following verse:
>وَلا تَسُبُّوا الَّذِينَ يَدْعُونَ مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ.
And don't revile those, whom they (the disbelievers) invoke other than Allah
This verse prohibits insulting all religions other than Islam. And since all sins are to he punished by ta'zeer by Ijma', it seems that it's obligatory upon an Islamic goverment to do ta'zeer against this as well.
So now, I want an answer that explains, wether my reasoning is right, and if so, is this punishment to be applied on all people who blaspheme other religions, or only Muslims who do this.
Jazak Allah!

Is it permissible to recite any random ayah of the Quran repeatedly like a dhikr?

So I read that reciting the Quran is the best dhikr and there is reward with reciting every letter of the Quran. If that's the case, can I take any random ayah and recite it again and again as a form of dhikr (the way people recite Subhanallah repeatedly)?
I understand that certain ayahs are okay to repeat like dhikr because those are mentioned in the hadith (like Ayat Al-Kursi, last 2 ayahs of Baqarah, etc) and every surah can be repeated like a dhikr as well. But I've never seen any Muslim pick a random ayah that they like and recite it repeatedly like a dhikr, so I'm worried it would be an innovation and count as makruh. Especially if the ayah isn't mentioning Allah in any way.
For example, let's take Surah Yusuf, Ayah 74:
Qaaluu famaa jazaa 'uhuu in kuntum kaadhibeen
(Joseph’s men asked, “What should be the price for theft, if you are lying?”)
This is a completely random ayah. Now let's say I really love this ayah for some reason and I recite it again and again like dhikr, since everyone says Quran is the best dhikr. This ayah does not mention Allah anywhere. Rather it's just a small portion of Yusuf (A.S)'s story. Would it be makruh for me to do this? Or would Allah reward me for it, since it's a verse of the Quran? Is it necessary for an ayah to mention Allah or glorify Him in order to be used as a form of dhikr?

I've heard from the traditional scholars such as Zakir Naik and Assimal Hakeem saying that it is not permissible nor encouraged for a woman to upload pictures of herself online even if she wears her hijab properly because they say it defeats the purpose of hijab. However, if something of necessity to gain provision(rizq) like working and business, she has to show her face so that the boss or the customers can know her who she is. Like for example, a resume with her face on it so the recruiter can identify her. Otherwise, it will be difficult and users online will assume that she is a bot if she does not show her face.
Not uploading videos or photos of full face makeup tutorial nor showing off the beauty to anonymous audience nor uploading daily life of the woman. Just the photo of the face for familiarity of employers, recruiters and customers. Nothing more than that. Something that is necessary in this modern, fast-paced world.

I mean Allah have All the power of the world and he accepts all blessing of mankind and every other living thing, then why He have to send his blessing?I am sorry if I did not get the proper translation cause I don't know how to speak Arabic.

It is commonly believed that if someone leaves Islam, by Sharia law the punishment is death. Is that true?
I have heard some different opinions. Dr. Zakir Naik was once asked a similar question and he responded that the punishment is death only if you tarnish Islam image in public and are publically against it. In that scenario the situation is similar to a revolt against an Army and hence punishment in that case is death.
However, Islam is not an Army but a religion. What is the correct verdict in this regard?

Also, scholars permitted people to view the breasts buttocks calves and other parts of the slave woman in the marketplace. This is evidenced by reports from Ibn Umar looking at these parts as well as Abu Hanifa’s opinion.
Mujahid said that once Abdullah Ibn Umar came to a market where some traders wanted to buy a slave girl.
Ibn Umar exposed her calves, then put his hands between her breasts and shook them. Afterwards he told the traders to buy that slave girl as there was no defect in her
Given these things, is the only reason it is haram for a muslim man to look at the “awrah” parts of a non muslim woman because of the fear of fitnah? Similar to how some scholars prohibited slave woman to show these parts due to a similar fear.
“Asked if it is reprehensible (tukrah) for slave women to veil in public, Aḥmad b. Ḥanbal replied that a beautiful slave woman should in fact do so (idhā kānat jamīla tantaqib)”
(Anchassi, O 2021, Status distinctions and sartorial difference Slavery, sexual ethics, and the social logic of veiling in Islamic law)

Any insight into the legal rationale for prohibiting men from looking at non muslim women (hair etc) would be appreciated.

My friend claims that if a person did not listen to the adviser, did not take drugs, did not cheat on his wife, did not break an oath. Then the person who advised this does not bear a sin. A sin will only occur if the person does something bad. And if this remains a conversation, then it is not a sin for the one who advised.
