In this post there's a quote of a maliki point of view regarding how to make up at least fajr prayer (malikis distinct between the sunna and fard of fajr by calling the fard sobh). I also know that some schools a allow making up witr, but don't exactly know the limitations. My Question is: What are/is the view(s) of scholars on performing qada' for nafl/sunna prayers, is it recommended, if yes how and are there any limitation (for example can I do qada' when ever I recall it as the case for fard according the sahih hadith: > "He who forgets the prayer, or he slept (and it was omitted), its expiation is (only) that he should observe it when he remembers it." . or can I only make up the prayers I missed actually).

Sometimes I am so out of energy that I cannot do it and so 4 out of 5 are missed. My question is can I read kaza namaz next day for the previous day instead of feeling guilty? Is there any Hadith about people unable to perform Namaz on time and reading as soon as possible for missed one (like next day)

Assalanualaikum, I have had a lot of Qadha prayers that have piled up over the past few weeks. I tried to segment them and make them up, but due to exhaustion and my current schedule I haven't been able to cover them. I have been trying to pray the fardh and cover the qadha when I can, shall I continue doing this or am I able to pray my regular prayers and then add nafl to make up for the qadha. As the amount of qadha prayers can be overwhelming? But I completely understand if I should just continue praying Fardh and cover the Qadha until it is complete. JazakAllah Khairun

Most of the newly married couples in the subcontinent of ours don't offer their Fajr prayer at masjid willingly on time! They make it up at the time of Zuhr prayer as 'Kada'(making up missed prayer). They involved in intercourse and they don't want to take their bath(major ablution) at the middle of the night out of feeling shy or may be for the fear of cold water or laziness, I don’t know why they do so, but what they is that they willingly missed the Fajr prayer with the intention of making it up with the next prayer. So my question is, If someone willingly miss any prayer, is there any ruling on making it up later on?
