Does intention (niyyah) have to be consciously formulated before every act of worship?

In Islamic practice, niyyah (intention) is a fundamental part of many acts of worship, such as prayer, fasting, Hajj, and zakat. However, there seems to be some variation in how intention is understood: Some scholars emphasize conscious and explicit intention before every act, while others say that the mere decision to perform the act at the proper time is sufficient, since Allah knows what is in the heart. Is it necessary to consciously formulate the niyyah before each act of worship, or is an internal, implicit awareness enough? For example: If a person wakes up for Fajr, performs wudu, and begins praying without explicitly stating the niyyah is the prayer valid? In fasting during Ramadan, is waking up for suhoor and abstaining from food enough to count as a valid fast, even if one forgets to explicitly think, “I am now fasting”?

The place i live involves people selling on the streets, so it is usual for someone to buy when they are in a vehicle and receive and pay for their products. However, when I was on a bus the seller gave me their product and just as I was about to give them the money the bus began moving because we were in the middle of the road. So the seller began running for his money and I quickly reached out to give him but it landed badly on his hand and fell to the ground. I believe it might have fallen into hole in the middle of the road and the driver of the bus had already gone past the road so the seller could no longer run for his money, and there were too many cars for the driver to pause suddenly, nor do I think the driver knew. I felt guilty because it was not my intention for the money to land badly especially since I had already received the product. I do not remember his face or name, nor do I think he remembers mine. Does this count as a debt if I gave him the money but it landed badly and I don’t know if he managed to get it or not? Especially since he gave me the product? My intentions were not bad and it happened very suddenly

If deeds are judged by intention, does that mean terrorists will be rewarded for their acts even though they're haram?
If their intention is to make Allah's word supreme etc, then does the hadith about deeds judged by intent mean they'll be rewarded for their actions even though they're haram (killing non-combatants)?

Asalamualaykum, I have been currently making up my fast and I have finished my obligatory ones but I had 3 fasts which I promised Allah سبحانه وتعالى if He (the most merciful) made me achieve a certain something I would fast for 3 days. I am currently doing them and I didn't wake up for suhoor but made my intention at fair. I was told my fast doesn't count but I haven't eaten anything yet as I want to know if it would be invalid. And if the ruling would be the same for everyone or different.

Assalamu Alaikum, I do software development and I like to share the knowledge with people to help them learn and unblock them when they are blocked. In this logic, I have recorded multiple YouTube videos sharing my knowledge and teaching people how to code and how to develop software programs. When I shared the videos, my intention, wa Allahu aalam, was to share knowledge and to help people. My questions are as follows: 1. Are those videos teaching people software considered as sadaqah Jarya? 2. Should I renew my intention for those videos to make it intended as a sadaqah? Jazakum Allahu khairan, Assalamu Alaikum,

Can I fast if I changed my mind during the day? No intention to fast or suhoor from the night before
I have an important presentation and a late exam today, so I decided yesterday to not fast today and did not wake up for suhoor. However, I feel guilty and was wondering if I could fast anyway (I have not eaten or drunk anything yet)?

Is your fast still valid if you forget to perform niyah on that particular day?
As the title suggests I sometimes forget to perform the niyah for fasting that particular day but I still fast and often I perform the niyah midday. >وَبِصَوْمِ غَدٍ نَّوَيْتُ مِنْ شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ

Can niyat (intention) be done by heart, or must it be declared verbally?
There has been a countless debate between people about intention or Niyat of namaz or fasting. Some people say it is ok to say it in the heart, while others require that it be spoken, be it niyat of fasting or prayer. What is the right way according to Islam?

From fagr to maghrib(when we open the fast) it is the same day. But the intention(niyat) of fast is: I intend to keep the fast for tomorrow in the month of Ramadan. ![enter image description here](https://i.sstatic.net/HLYZm.jpg) What is the reason behind this?
