And please tell me if someone cheats like a man confirms gender as a woman then will I be sinful for this Or a woman shows the images to a man. Please guide me. JazakAllah

What is the hierarchy of sins?
Imam Al-Nawawi, in his *Minhaj at-Talibin,* writes: > A person suffering from hunger who finds a corpse, and at the same time eatables not forbidden but belonging to another, should, according to our school, eat the corpse, rather then take the eatables that do not belong to him. Imam Al-Nawawi, in his *Minhaj at-Talibin,* writes:
> A person suffering from hunger who finds a corpse, and at the same time eatables not forbidden but belonging to another, should, according to our school, eat the corpse, rather then take the eatables that do not belong to him.
This translation is bothersome because it at first appears as though he is speaking about human corpses. Within proper context however, it is clear he is speaking about animal corpses, i.e. carrion. However, this got me thinking about such a situation: in cases of absolute necessity, is it better to eat human corpses than to steal?
We know that in cases of necessity, the *haram* becomes *halal.* However, this ruling is confusing, because it is not as though everything that is haram automatically becomes halal; some things become *halal,* and other things stay *haram.* Al-Nawawi makes it clear that eating unlawful food is a lesser sin than stealing property. This seems to prove the existence of a hierarchy of sins, in which eating unlawful food ranks as a better deed than stealing someone’s property.
Is there a full hierarchy of sins? If so, where can I find it?

Is calling your own best friend stupid, or just making fun of their own forehead a sin?
I have a best friend I always call online, and for some reason he just starts to call me stuff like "idiot", "stupid" etc. And it kinda does go on my nerves, because I did discuss about it to him, that it's not being funny anymore and just a thing that makes us more separate. I have a best friend I always call online, and for some reason he just starts to call me stuff like "idiot", "stupid" etc. And it kinda does go on my nerves, because I did discuss about it to him, that it's not being funny anymore and just a thing that makes us more separate. I'm a type of guy that would never leave a friend, or even block them, and he always blocks me for a few days and just randomly unblocks me and completely ignoring the fact that he blocks me like almost every day, which does pisses me off, but I control it. Forgot to say he is muslim himself and I am too. Idk if he has anger issues and stuff like that, and i'm afraid of how this is going to end up with if he keeps doing the same thing and just slowly getting worse day by day.
Sorry if I don't make sense.

On internet I made a friend(Man A) and we were on good terms with each other.
One day what happened was he went through something bad and to make him feel good and relieved I said something but he took it the wrong way and misunderstood what I meant.
He did get angry at it and blocked me immediately, during then I wanted to apologize and I did realise that I should have said it in a better way.
Couple of days later one of my other friend(Man B) came online after a long time so I asked if I can talk to Man A and he sent me a screenshot where he still was angry at me and was not willing to talk even tho he was explained of the situation.
So my question is if I am still sinful?

Are Muslims more accountable for sins than non-Muslims?
Do Muslims get more sins for doing haram acts than non-Muslims as they are aware that it's wrong and shouldn't be done?

all time same Sins?
I heard as well there is difference of oppinion in this matter too I mean if there are no minor sins, like all Sins are major Sins and no minor and repeating minor sins turns into a major sin, minor sins lead to major sins, and not considering minor sins a big deal is a major sin, then it sure sounds like every single Muslim will be going to Hell besides these great holy men.

I don't know if they believed her when she said she didn't do it or not and I don't know how it and if it effected her. I grew up and now I feel so horrible for that and I want to apologize to her but the thing is that she left the school and I also changed school and now I have no idea where she is and I can't apologize to her. What do I do? Should I ask for forgiveness or will I not be forgiven at all? Or should I make dua for her? Because one of the major sins is accusing a chaste woman of Zina and I did that when I had no idea and I regret it now
I'm also worried if I have caused problems in her family because of this

2. I give two $500 worth of phones to my friend and gain a laptop that is worth $1500.
3. I create a mobile app worth $1000 and get a $1000 worth of laptop.
4. I create a mobile app worth $1200 and get a $1000 worth of laptop.
How and when will these scenarios come under riba (interest) or not?

Asalamulaykum Warahmatukahi Wabarakatuh!
I sometimes do actions that I am later unsure if they are sins or not, or do a haram action in a way that I do not know if I would be sinful or not (not going into specifics so that my actual question can be resolved).
What I want to know is if I should still do repentance even if I do not know if I’m sinful or not. And if I do, and the thing happens to not be sinful, is there any bad on me or of the like? Is there any good deed I gain?
Yes, I’ve seen https://islam.stackexchange.com/questions/73500/what-to-do-when-you-arent-sure-whether-you-committed-a-sin-or-not , but the answer given seems to only relate to evil thoughts that come and go.

So my wife and I are recent reverts, however my wife's family do not know she is Muslim yet because my wife does not feel ready to tell them just yet as her family are more spiritual rather than religious.
Yesterday we had a family gathering with my wife's family and her aunt brought out and was using tarot cards on everyone in the room for fun including myself.
I never looked into tarot cards so I wasn't too sure if it was haram, but it did not feel like something Allah would be pleased about.
So my wife's aunt done a tarot card reading on me but honestly it sounds very generic and I did not take any of it seriously as I seek Allah for guidance not these man made cards.
Obviously my wife's aunt is not a real fortune teller but after going online it said if you go to a fortune teller or palm reader then your prayer would be invalid for 40 nights.
These tarot cards did not say anything negative, if anything it just said things like 'trust in yourself' 'trust your partner' 'be one with nature and the universe'. Where I believe trusting in Allah alone is sufficient and everything in those cards don't mean anything to me.
I just wanted to check if I unintentionally commited a major sin? And if my prayer is invalid for 40 nights? If I seek repentances and seek forgiveness from Allah my prayers would still be invalid?

Salaam
I'm a 15 year old girl who goes to an islamic private school. Because of my mum constantly urging me to wear the niqaab I decided to wear it a year back. My older sister also started to wear the niqaab on from a young age and she has had no problems with it.
Recently I've took it back off. This was because of many reasons, some being, I no longer felt like I was doing it for allah. Rather I felt like I was wearing the niqaab to keep up the reputation of my family. To not bring shame to my family which I think is absolutely ridiculous. Also I had no confidence when I was wearing the niqaab. I felt embarrassed and it was just something that I felt attracted more attention than necessary. Not only this I don't think my imaan was at that stage where I could take this huge step in covering my face permanently.
Lately my mum keeps pressuring me to wear the niqaab again. Its come to the point where I despise wanting to wear it. It's not like I dress inappropriately. I wear the abaya or something that substitutes to it for example a long dress. I don't go out alone and I definitely don't have any male friends. Knowing this my mum is practically forcing me to the point where I have refused to go outside.
My mum makes the situation out to be bigger than it is. She asked my dad to tell me and I still stood my ground. My father doesn't do or say much about it which I'm grateful for however my mum expects me to just obey her in this matter. I feel like it's oppression. My mum has stripped me off of my feelings, my own opinions and judgment. Can she really do this to me islamically?
I'm old enough to know what is right and wrong. Wearing the niqaab is a life long decision that is personal. Right now I don't have much of a choice. I know for a fact that I'm probably going to wear it in the end. Not because I want to but because I'm being forced to. Despite this I still want to put effort in to try and get my mum to understand me.
How can I do that?
Is my mum sinning by doing what she is?
I love my parents and I'm not one to disrespect them like this but standing for what I believe in is something I've learned from a young age.
