Umrah condition for women of age 50 years
My mother is planning to perform Umrah but she could not travel with her Mahram. My mother will travel to Makkah from Pakistan and her brother from UK and then they will perform Umrah together. Does Islam allow to perform Umrah in this case for a women with age to 50 years?

Is it allowed to perform Hajj/Umrah, if you got debt to pay?
Someone has a debt to pay but instead of paying it, he/she decided to go for Hajj/Umrah. Is it allowed to perform Hajj or Umrah while having debt? Or is it that only after clearing the debt he/she is allowed to perform Hajj/Umrah.

We are traveling to Jeddah from the US and will stay one night there to rest up before heading to Mecca the following day to perform Umrah. Can we go into Ihram from Jeddah? Are there any penalties for starting Umrah in this way ??

When going on Hajj or Umrah, the concept of 'you are invited by Allah' has grown in popularity especially in south asian countries, but speaking of south asian countries, the traditions of innovation is also very strong and binding it to islam which becomes a shrik, but my question is, does Islam has a concept of making someone selected to perform umrah or Hajj? e.g. I couldn't go on same flight as my wife so she performed Umrah with kids and her brother, but when I reached and did umrah, and came back. My spouse said
> We weren't destined to do Umrah together, it was written to do with my brother and kids
This was hurtful and felt egoistic of her so my question is, 'Do people get invited/selected by Allah to perform umrah or Hajj'? What about those who cannot do it with family, are their fate also written to do it alone?

Alhamdulillah, I will be going to Umrah in a couple weeks InshAllah. Before putting my deposit down and making the decision to go on Umrah, I was in a very bad state with depression and crippling anxiety due to certain problems I have in my life.
I have always been told that supplications when performing the rituals of Umrah and Hajj have a much higher "likelihood" of getting accepted then supplications just made (for example) in your house. My question is are there any hadith narrated or anything in the Quran about this? Or is this just more of cultural belief? Please note, I am aware that not all duas are accepted, but I need to know where duas are the most powerful.
I have been going through a rough period in life and have full faith in Allah SWT will remove my hardships, but I want to make sure my supplications are as meaningful as possible. Lastly, my decision to go to Umrah is not to just make duas in the most holy place on earth, but do please Allah so let just make that clear.

Furthermore they say :
> Ibn al-Mundhir said: The scholars are unanimously agreed that women do not have to trot around the Ka’bah or between al-Safa and al-Marwah
From my understanding, Islamqa suggests its not obligatory for the women to run/jog.
1. Is it **impermissible** for her to run/jog out of remembrance for Hajar ? (provided she can manage to not uncover)
2. if yes, is it a sunnah(rewarding) if she runs/jogs?
I haven't found a prohibition from Hadith hence my question since the very act men are mimicking was done by a woman (Hajar).

We traveled from Medina where we stayed for 2 days. We drove to Mecca for performing our umrah. On the way on inquiring about ihraam and meeqat (for our first umrah) we were advised by our taxi driver a Muslim, that we could settle down in our hotel n since we were performing umrah on the next night...

On the way on inquiring about ihraam and meeqat (for our first umrah) we were advised by our taxi driver a Muslim, that we could settle down in our hotel n since we were performing umrah on the next night we could wear our ihraam from the hotel and proceed to Masjid 'Ayesha and take out neeyat of umrah from there, which is exactly what we did. I would like to know if our umrah is valid or not. And in case we have erred how do we ask for forgiveness and compensate for the LAPSE.
