the implications of Jesus abolishing Jizya?

> Sahih Bukhari Volume 3, Book 43, Number 656: > >Allah's Apostle said, "The Hour will not be established until the son of Mary (i.e. Jesus) descends amongst you as a just ruler, he will break the cross, kill the pigs, and **abolish the Jizya tax**. Money will be in abundance so that nobody will accept it (as charitable gifts). Since Jizya is abolished the verse 9:29 will have only two options to people of the book. > Fight against those who (1) believe not in Allah, (2) nor in the Last Day, (3) nor forbid that which has been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger (4) and those who acknowledge not the religion of truth (i.e. Islam) among the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians), **until they pay the Jizyah** with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued.(9:29) Can we conclude people of book will be only given option of Islam or death under jesus?

Would lowering voice due to shyness be riya?
Asalamualaikum, would lowering your voice because of shyness when someone walks into the room when you are praying or doing athkar be riya? Because I'm a very shy person and like to keep whatever I do private and close to me.

Giving ghusl water to our children to cure evil eye
I am aware of a hadith where Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) instructed a person to give his bath water (water he used to wash his body) to another person (I don't know if he was a Sahabi) because it was believed that he gave the other person the evil eye. > Imam Ahmad, Malik, al-Nasai and Ibn Hibban narrat...
I am aware of a hadith where Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) instructed a person to give his bath water (water he used to wash his body) to another person (I don't know if he was a Sahabi) because it was believed that he gave the other person the evil eye. > Imam Ahmad, Malik, al-Nasai and Ibn Hibban narrated from Sahl ibn > Hanif that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) came > out and traveled with him towards Makkah, until they were in the > mountain pass of al-Kharar in al-Jahfah. There Sahl ibn Hanif did > ghusl (bathed), and he was a handsome white-skinned man with beautiful > skin. ‘Amir ibn Rabi'ah, one of Banu ‘Adiyy ibn Ka'b looked at him > whilst he was doing ghusl and said: “I have never seen such beautiful > skin as this, not even the skin of a virgin,” and Sahl fell to the > ground. They went to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of > Allah be upon him) and said, “O Messenger of Allah, can you do > anything for Sahl, because by Allah he cannot raise his head.” He > said, “Do you accuse anyone with regard to him?” They said, “‘Amir ibn > Rabi'ah looked at him.” So the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings > of Allah be upon him) called ‘Amir and rebuked him strongly. He said, > “Why would one of you kill his brother? If you see something that you > like, then pray for blessing for him.” Then he said to him, “Wash > yourself for him.” So he washed his face, hands, forearms, knees and > the sides of his feet, and inside his izar (lower garment) in the > vessel. Then that water was poured over him, and a man poured it over > his head and back from behind. He did that to him, then Sahl got up > and joined the people and there was nothing wrong with him. Classed as > sahih (authentic) by al-Albani in al-Mishkat. Source: https://islamqa.info/amp/en/answers/20954 My question is regarding a different case. Majority of the time, we do not know who the perpetrator of the evil eye is. In such a case, if it is suspected that someone is suffering from the effects of the evil eye, can the parents of the afflicted person give him Ghusl water? Additionally, can we request a pious Muslim to give Ghusl water to someone believed to be affected by the evil eye? Are there any authentic ahadith (like the one in the link above) regarding parents giving their children Ghusl water and/or asking a pious Muslim for ghusl water to ward off evil eye?

How do we treat those from Ahlul Kitab whom lived before the Prophethood of Muhammad SAW by a few decades?
I’m just curious as to what status do these people get within Islam? As by this point of time some would have died on what was Islam at that point, it might be a bit silly to ask such a question, yet is it permissible to pray for them? As in calling for rahmat allah (allah yarhamah) upon them?

How did Saint Joseph not make it to the Quran?
I ask from a secular or historical-critical perspective. Did Muhammad conflate Saint Joseph and Saint Joachim? Did Muhammad conflate Saint Joseph and God the Father? Did Muhammad only have access to Mathew and Apocrypha? How did this end up happening?

Is iddah needed if the wife didn't have any physical relationship with her husband?
I did Nikah 3 years ago and my rukhsati (wedding/first sleeping time/Dukhlah) was in near future. I still lived with my parents. My husband died when I was living with my parents. We never had any sexual relationship. We met in family gathering only. So is Iddah necessary for me too?

We don’t want that i’m 24 he’s 25 we both are mature and independent. My question is if my father is okay with the guy but he just wants to delay it, will the nikah be valid if we do it without the acknowledgment of my father or do i need a wali? I have a younger brother who is 20 and if i ask him he will support me. Can he be my wali? We tried persuading our parents but they won’t budge from their decision. Thank you.

Abu’l-Qaasim (blessings and peace of Allah swt be upon him) said: “and there will be no one in Paradise who is unmarried.” Narrated by Muslim (2834)" I want to live like a hermit and never see another person again just me and my animals I don't want Allah (swt) to change my mind and force me to want it because that's telling me what I want not giving me what I want. If that's Heaven then it doesn't sound like all that great. Please don't give annoying answers like lets work on getting into Jannah frist.
