I am a widow, I lost my husband 2 months ago, he was suffering from cancer. We have twin 7 year old boys. I love my husband and he loved me very much and I was his only one wife in his life. He was a good Muslim and he helped me how to be a good wife and good Muslimah. I am a young mother and widow, I don’t have anything except my boys and USA citizenship. I live in New York. I have to go long way to educate my 7 year old boys, I will do everything for them, I don't have any helping hand here except Allah and it is enough for me. I love my husband and everyday I am trying to be a good widow and good Muslimah. It is hard as a single young mother, but I am doing better everyday.
**Question:**
Is it possible for a good widow, if both of us go to paradise, to have my husband only for me? Because I don't want my husband being shared with other paradise wives or houri (I heard every man will have 2 wives in paradise.)
Please answer me.

I'm muslim and I'm so proud of being muslim on this world. I have some simple questions which that never answered before. I'm a student and I still don't have a job because I'm Studying. Anyway, here is my questions...
1-I'm into arts and language, I love fashion and desing too. I sometimes look to female models to keep up with latest trends (I'm a boy) and fine arts, photography. But sometimes I saw some models that they're wearing transparent clothes to highlight the overall looking (companies want, and They're trying to show the natural body) and when i saw, I really really don't get affected (about sexual and bad things, bad humour) I'm just rating the model and his look with her clothes and I Save them to my collection (which I will draw all of them, I like it and this don't affects me sexually, I love this perk I have) does it harm? (I'm not a pervert, I'm Just trying to build a future job, an opportunity to myself)
2- What about nude modelling? I saw once but when I saw, I'm turning my glance to the other side of model (because I don't know if it is harm or not, and I'm also not effected by models, they're just making composition) does it harm to look at them? Because I'm trying to understand the shapes, heights, anatomy and naturality of women and other stuff (this is not effects me sexual, never effected me) so can I look them and get inspired for my projects and work? Thank Y'all! ( ps: I'm not trying to alter Islam to fit into something, I love Islam and those content is not affect me sexual - I mentioned above.)

I tried to get a license the normal way but was refused and told that my fathers immigration status wouldn’t work for me to get a license even though i was under 18 and a dependent of my parents. Since I was under 18, I couldn’t get my own status until I turned 18. I went twice, but the result was the same, so I stopped worrying about it and moved on with my life. I drove for almost a year, but then I got caught speeding and was cited for driving without a license.
Now, I need to get a license before my court date because, if I can show the judge that I have a license, he will dismiss the case with just a fine for speeding and for driving without a license. I can pay a bribe to get a license now, though I could have done it before. However, I didn’t because it’s haram. But now, since it’s a necessity, my question is: Can I pay the bribe, or will it still be considered a haram?
Note: Even if I pay the bribe, I would still have to take the written test, get a permit, and then take the driving test. Essentially, I would go through the normal process even after paying the bribe, so it’s not like I’m just paying to get my license made without knowing the laws or how to drive.
When the local imam was asked about this matter as some other people got license paying bribe even though they didn’t get caught they just got, he said that since it’s a necessity and there is no other way of getting it due to the immigration status issue, it is permissible.
NOTE: Immigration is a major issue here and when it comes to it nothing is guaranteed and or when it will happen.

As-salamu alaykum,
I want to repent but I've come across multiple sins to ask forgiveness for. Should I repent once (Salat al-Tawbah) for all of the multiple sins, or should I repent and pray for each sin separately, meaning different individual prayers for each.
Also, how many times should I perform this salat and repent? Everyday, or for a couple of days?

>Allah's Apostle said, "The Hour will not be established until the son of Mary (i.e. Jesus) descends amongst you as a just ruler, he will break the cross, kill the pigs, and **abolish the Jizya tax**. Money will be in abundance so that nobody will accept it (as charitable gifts).
Since Jizya is abolished the verse 9:29 will have only two options to people of the book.
> Fight against those who (1) believe not in Allah, (2) nor in the Last Day, (3) nor forbid that which has been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger (4) and those who acknowledge not the religion of truth (i.e. Islam) among the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians), **until they pay the Jizyah** with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued.(9:29)
Can we conclude people of book will be only given option of Islam or death under jesus?

I am aware of a hadith where Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) instructed a person to give his bath water (water he used to wash his body) to another person (I don't know if he was a Sahabi) because it was believed that he gave the other person the evil eye.

My question is regarding a different case. Majority of the time, we do not know who the perpetrator of the evil eye is. In such a case, if it is suspected that someone is suffering from the effects of the evil eye, can the parents of the afflicted person give him Ghusl water? Additionally, can we request a pious Muslim to give Ghusl water to someone believed to be affected by the evil eye? Are there any authentic ahadith (like the one in the link above) regarding parents giving their children Ghusl water and/or asking a pious Muslim for ghusl water to ward off evil eye?

How do we treat those from Ahlul Kitab whom lived before the Prophethood of Muhammad SAW by a few decades?
I’m just curious as to what status do these people get within Islam? As by this point of time some would have died on what was Islam at that point, it might be a bit silly to ask such a question, yet is it permissible to pray for them? As in calling for rahmat allah (allah yarhamah) upon them?

How did Saint Joseph not make it to the Quran?
I ask from a secular or historical-critical perspective. Did Muhammad conflate Saint Joseph and Saint Joachim? Did Muhammad conflate Saint Joseph and God the Father? Did Muhammad only have access to Mathew and Apocrypha? How did this end up happening?

Is iddah needed if the wife didn't have any physical relationship with her husband?
I did Nikah 3 years ago and my rukhsati (wedding/first sleeping time/Dukhlah) was in near future. I still lived with my parents. My husband died when I was living with my parents. We never had any sexual relationship. We met in family gathering only. So is Iddah necessary for me too?

I have a younger brother who is 20 and if i ask him he will support me. Can he be my wali? We tried persuading our parents but they won’t budge from their decision.
