Can anyone provide insights into the following statement regarding Islamic teachings?
**Statement:**
Taking a tax, extra fee, or charge from pilgrims intending to perform the obligatory duty of Hajj is impermissible.
*Narrated by Ad-Diyaa with sahih isnaad.*
---
In my country, and possibly across the Indian subcontinent, it's common for an ***"Alim"*** to accompany pilgrims. This individual, known as a *Muallim*, helps ensure the pilgrimage is performed correctly by finding mistakes and assisting throughout the process. However, they often charge significantly more than the usual cost.
For example, a ***Muallim*** might charge an additional 100,000 BDT per person on top of the usual cost, making the total for a married couple approximately 1.4 to 1.5 million BDT, which is extremely high.
My question is: Is this practice halal in Islam? Is it permissible to earn money in this way, which might seem exploitative or fraudulent?

‘Aishah narrated (may Allah be pleased with her) said: “The riders used to pass by us when we were with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) in ihram, and when they drew near to us we would lower our jilbabs from our heads over our faces, then when they had passed we would uncover them again. (Narrated by Abu Dawud, 1833; Ibn Majah, 2935; classed as sahih by Ibn Khuzaymah (4,203) and by al-Albani in Kitab Jilbab al-Marah al-Muslimah) But this was marked as daif by Shaykh Albani (The following hadith is listed as "Da’if (Darussalam)" (weak) at sunnah.com but others have graded it as sahih)
Could you clarify?
I'm not sure what to make of these two conflicting classifications.
Question: Is this hadith sahih?

One such rule in Saudi Arabia is that a woman is not allowed to travel without a husband or a mahram . It is, however, possible that a woman might have no husband nor (living) mahrams.

Is it obligatory to get my head shaved bald?
The reason I ask is because of this verse who says one shouldn't shave the head until the offering is done:
> ... وَلَا تَحْلِقُوا رُءُوسَكُمْ حَتَّىٰ يَبْلُغَ الْهَدْيُ مَحِلَّهُ ...

> ... And do not shave your heads until the sacrificial animal has reached its place of slaughter. ...

> Quran 2:196
**Question:** Is it obligatory to shave the head when doing Hajj?
*As a bonus, if it is obligatory, would it always be obligatory to shave the head or would it only be the first time doing hajj, or every single time?*

Alhamdulillah, I will be going to Umrah in a couple weeks InshAllah. Before putting my deposit down and making the decision to go on Umrah, I was in a very bad state with depression and crippling anxiety due to certain problems I have in my life.
I have always been told that supplications when performing the rituals of Umrah and Hajj have a much higher "likelihood" of getting accepted then supplications just made (for example) in your house. My question is are there any hadith narrated or anything in the Quran about this? Or is this just more of cultural belief? Please note, I am aware that not all duas are accepted, but I need to know where duas are the most powerful.
I have been going through a rough period in life and have full faith in Allah SWT will remove my hardships, but I want to make sure my supplications are as meaningful as possible. Lastly, my decision to go to Umrah is not to just make duas in the most holy place on earth, but do please Allah so let just make that clear.
