The size of each sky
Does such a hadith (asar) exist among the Sunnis? Is he trustworthy? " The size of the earth compared to the first heaven is like the size of a ring in a desert; the size of the first heaven compared to the second is like the size of a ring in a desert, and so on, until the seventh heaven. The size of the seventh heaven compared to the Kursi of Allah is like a ring in a desert, and the size of the Kursi compared to the Throne is likewise".

**If a person creates/contributes in creation of a social media/network. Is he responsible/questionable of the user-activity? Does niyyah/intention play a role?**
For example; lets imagine "x" was created by a person/team, "x" permits halal-haram content. Is the creator of "x" responsible for the haram content. Does the creator/contributor have a share in the haram(sin), the user shared/posted on "x" ? As it is prohibited to cooperate in sin:
> .......cooperate with one another in goodness and righteousness, and do not cooperate in sin and
transgression. And be mindful of Allah. Surely Allah is severe in punishment. [5:2]
"x" could also be created for a client.
*This is a generalized question, and is often asked by application/website developers.*

In the above hadith a woman was owned by multiple people and had a child whose parentage was questionable. Would this not be considered Zina for multiple owners to cohabit with a slave girl since it would cause paternal uncertainty? Or was this not zina since the prophet only laughed at the situation? please provide proofs thanks.

Suppose a man had marriage with a woman. It was stipulated in the nikkah contract that she would continue working after marriage.
Now some problems arise,
A) She does not wear hijab due to one or the other reason.
B) She works in a mixed working place (like say coed school, company with no segregation in a non Muslim country, etc).
C) She many times is not able to fulfill her husband's rights.
D) After 3 years, she has a child. But her working out may harm the child's development.
Can the husband in these case ask her to withdraw from work?
Note: The first 2 cases are something haram, 3rd case is inability to fulfil something obligatory while doing something optional and the 4th one is about her responsibility.
Please answer with valid sources.

This question has ever been asked but i'm asking it again because:
1. The answers given are not concrete
2. Closed (as primarily opinion based)
3. Closed (as too broad)
The questions are as follows:
**First** is there any unambiguous source from Quran and/or Hadith which clearly mentions that Woman should cover their hair ?
**Second**, Now if it is not clear, what are the main sources (e.g. Quran Verse or Hadiths) that were interpreted, if possible for the different madhabs ?
**Third**, how the interpretations has lead to conclusion that Hijab is obligatory, clearly, the interpretations has been performed by different madhabs and in each madhabs, there was a logical entailment from the sources that Hijab is obligatory, in short what was the usool used for deriving this obligation, if possible for each madhabs ?
NB: In no way, I am contesting the principle of Hijab, I am instead pro this practice, and sure that the great mujtahids have put forward such a practice as fard/wajib, then it must be important, i'm only wishing to see the evidence behind or the way they derived the ruling

Regarding the quote above, my questions are as follows:
- Is this narration authentic?
- Is inspecting slave women awrah (navel to knee) by uncovering halal or haram in slave market?
- Also, if i'm not wrong, majority of scholars agree a slave women's awrah is **navel to knee**, then how is looking at the **belly** and **buttocks** permitted? Or is it a translation issue as some say "back" and some "buttocks" or "rump"? Is it talking about over clothes or under? Please also let me know from the Arabic which body parts is it actually referring to. Also is checking private parts (awrah of slave women) allowed?

For those of you who don't know what it is, consider going through this page or this is good too.
The main concern is with morning fajr/Dawn prayer. People say the white thread - black thread, honestly, those terms don't pretty much get into my head. So, I just understood them as simply the turn over from dark to light i.e. the moment you feel there is a change. Is my understanding right?
But, practically, in this modern world I can't stand and exactly measure when is there gonna be a change. I would simply rely on the internet and check when is that twilight happening in my place.
Here is my concerned page .
The obvious concern is because I want to determine the exact time of ending my Suhr. I could safely pray my Fajr prayer after the nautical twilight anyways.
If you've gone through the page, there is a lot of difference between the nautical and Astro twilights in morning. So, wanted the exact time until when I can enjoy my Suhr
- When does Fajr start / Sahr end? Is it Astro, Nautical or Civil twilight?
Also, a related question,
- When does Isha start / Maghrib end? Is it Astro, Nautical or Civil twilight? (I guess it is Nautical here, but want a confirmation)

Why Allah is not helping me with very little wish

Assalamo Alaikum! Alhumdulillah, I am a muslim girl who loves her religion and a strong believer in ALLAH and His actions. I will not say that I am very religious because I have done sins, made mistakes all my life like any other human being would do however, I am someone who would recognise her flaws and do try to work on them. I try to say my prayers regularly and would try to avoid doing sins as much as possible.
I used to have very thick and long beautiful hair, clear skin etc but in the past few years, I noticed extreme hair loss and extreme acne on my face. This change was rather a sudden thing, I consulted doctors but there is nothing to worry about or any health issue. My hair is so thinning that I feel I’m going bald and might never be able to recover. I am not married yet and I feel I have become so ugly that no one would want to marry me, even if someone does, they surely will not be able to live with a bald wife for long.
I believe more in Allah than science or medicines, in research, it says that hair loss is permanent and irreversable. However, I didn’t believe in it and decided that I will seek Allah’s help as there is nothing impossible for Him. And so I did, I started praying more regularly, made duas and requested Allah to make my hair healthy and skin clear like before with the hope that Allah will help me. It’s been six months now and there is no change but feel my condition is not getting better but worse.
I know that Allah doesn’t like when one loses hope in Him and I strongly believe that you should never lose hope in Allah because ultimately Allah does support His followers. However, considering my current situation, I hate to say but at some point, I cry and start to lose hope because I think that when a muslim makes duas and Allah doesn’t grant him, it means He has something better planned for him. But in my case, I am just asking Allah to make my hair normal as they used to be and not make me go bald then what better there could be for myself and for my hair if Allah is not granting my wish. I have started to feel helpless and I ask Allah that I haven’t wished for something that is bad or anything, living with baldness will make my life hell and I will not want to live anymore. Of course, I’m only human, a woman and I can only tolerate to a certain level.
I feel too depressed becauss of thinking that I have only asked my hair back but Allah might never grant my wish because all I can see is progressive hair loss with no sign of healing.
I know people might think that why is she depressed over such a small thing but trust me these things could cause extreme Mental Health issues and low self-esteem that a person could forget to smile or lose hope to breathe. The more heartbreaking thing for me is that I have seeked Allah’s help and had such strong belief that only Allah can help me but no one else. But I am just losing hope and feel so depressed.
Can anyone please advise me what to do and how to connect more with Allah so He could help me and I don’t lose hope. Jazak Allah Khair for taking the time to read this and I would appreciate your kind response.

**Sahih Muslim: "Drinks, Drinking wine and fermentation"**
> Narrated by Gaber bin Abdullah: We were with the messenger of Allah,
> PBUH and he asked for a drink. One of his men said: "Oh Messenger of
> Allah, Can we offer you wine to drink?" He said Yes. He (Gaber) went
> out looking for the drink and **came back with a cup of wine.** The

I was informed this hadith was omitted from sunnah.com and is only available on Arabic sites. Can someone verify if this is true or perhaps what a more accurate translation would be.
