I keep telling my mom, Get me married wherever I like, I don't want to commit sin (zina),But my mom says your dad will never agree until the boy earns something or can run a household. Despite that, I've told my mom repeatedly, but she says your dad will shout at me, and get angry, I know him. Don't even think about marriage for 2-3 years.and I'm in need So as he (the Man I love)!
So, can I get married myself with 2 witnesses who are Muslim and mature? Will my nikah be valid? Because my mom is 100% sure that neither my dad nor society will agree."and there is the danger of nfs
So Islam is that strict that someone is in need and their parents are not allowing her to marry!
And I know all the Hadith about validness and invalidness
But my topic is if guardian are not agreeing what should the girl do?

I have two marriage contracts with the same person. The first marriage took place in a foreign country with a **lower amount of mehr**, and the second contract was executed in our home country with a **higher amount of mehr**. However, before finalizing the first contract, both parties agreed on the higher amount of haq mehr which is mentioned in the **second contract.**
The first marriage contract in the foreign country was happened because the marriage court did not permit a higher amount of mehr; there is a maximum limitation on haq mehr in that foreign country. Both our families also live in foreign countries.
We did this to simplify the visa transfer process from the bride's father to the groom. Additionally, at that time, both families could not travel to our home country for other reasons. As a result, the first marriage ceremony occurred in the foreign country, and eight months later, the second marriage took place in our home country.
**From an Islamic perspective, I would like to clarify which marriage contract holds validity, whether it is the first or the second.** I agree to pay the amount of haq mehr mentioned in the second marriage.

Muslims are meant to take the utmost care with the treatment of the Qur'an and in its recitation.
> The proper recitation of the Quran is the subject of a separate discipline named tajwid which determines in detail how the Quran should be recited, how each individual syllable is to be pronounced, the need to pay attention to the places where there should be a pause, to elisions, where the pronunciation should be long or short, where letters should be sounded together and where they should be kept separate, etc. -- Wikipedia
However, this is a major obstacle to someone with a speech impediment (stuttering, lisps, etc.), who may be incapable of correct recitation.
**Question**: Can someone with a speech impediment recite the Qur'an?
When I say "can" above, I'm asking about permissibility (i.e., halal/haram) and desirability in the case where someone is incapable of accurately reciting the Qur'an due to some biological impediment. This is going to vary depending on the person's condition, and depending on how important it is for them to recite correctly (cf. an imam leading prayer vs. an everyday Muslim).
Obviously there's nobody physically stopping them picking up a Qur'an and reciting imperfectly, and moreover, reciting imperfectly will be part of the normal process of learning to recite the Qur'an.

is buying prime (one time buy) on csgo allowed?
with it you can get free cases when you level without specifically paying for it.
but you pay once on the start to get prime.
you can sell the cases or the skins that drop from them.
you do not pay for each case.
>You can potentially get free cases in CS2 through weekly care package drops, in-game events, and by participating in community giveaways or using third-party services that offer daily free case openings. Additionally, some sites offer free cases in exchange for completing tasks or watching ads.
means the is no risk of losing money.
also i dont intend to sell the cases as it then will undoubtedly considered
gambling for the person who buys them.
i want to open the cases and sell the contents for a fair price
the thing is that the you dont know what skin you will get
is this considered gambling

im confused about this verse and its commentaries
ibn kathir said
> "Regarding the words, {The sun cannot catch up with the moon}, Mujahid said: Each of them has a limit or orbit that it cannot go beyond, and it cannot fall short of that. When one is dominant, the other disappears, and when the dominant one disappears, the other one dominates.
Ikrimah said concerning the Ayah,
لاَ الشَّمْسُ يَنبَغِى لَهَآ أَن تدْرِكَ القَمَرَ
(It is not for the sun to overtake the moon,) this means that each of them has its time when it prevails. So it is not appropriate for the sun to rise at night.
وَلاَ الَّيْلُ سَابِقُ النَّهَارِ
(nor does the night outstrip the day.) means, after night has passed, it is not right for another night to come until it has been day. The authority of the sun is during the day and the authority of the moon is at night. Ad-Dahhak said, "The night does not depart from here until the day comes from here -- and he pointed to the east.'' Tafsir Ibn Kathir (6/578)/ tafsir ibn kathir on quran 36:40"
imam ibn jarir said
>It is not appropriate for the sun to catch up with the moon, because that would lead to the light of the sun covering the light of the moon, so it would be day all the time, with no night. {Nor can the night outstrip the day} [Ya-Sin 36:40]. Here Allah, may He be exalted is saying that the night should not overwhelm the day, because that would lead to its darkness cancelling out the light of day, so it would be night all the time. Al-Tabari (19/438).
see this in a geocentric perspective where the sun and moon are orbiting the earth
how to understand this verse when the moon is visible at day (see the link)
the moon doesnt seem to dissapear during the day when the sun is dominant
The First Quarter Moon rises in the middle of the day and can be seen in the daytime sky. Half of the side of the Moon facing Earth is illuminated by the Sun. The First Quarter Moon is also seen against a starry night sky until it sets below the western horizon at approximately midnight, leaving the sky very dark.
there are multiple pictures of the moon during the day while being close to the sun

The Ash'arite أشعرية or Asha'irah ٱلْأَشَاعِرَة are a known theoligcal sect of creed that refers by name to abu al-Hassan al-Asha'ary and most of its followers can be found among followers of the shafi'i and maliki school of fiqh. And they regard themselves as representatives of ahl-as-Sunnah wa Jma'ah beside other sects (of creed) such as the Maturidi's and the Salafi's.
Now I've read somewhere -correct me if I'm wrong- that abu al-Hassan al-Asha'ari passed through three phases in his life.
1. A phase in which he was a follower of the creed of al-Mu'tazilah .
2. A phase in which he started debating al-Mu'tazilah based on 'ilm al-Kalam .
3. A phase in which he defended the creed of ahl as-Sunnah wal Jama'a.
And as far as I know in each of these phases or at least in the last two he has compiled books defining his creed and theology.
My question now is: Those scholars who claim to be 'Ashra'arites like the imams and scholars:
- Among the Shafi'is: al-Juwayni, al-Ghazali, al-Bayhaqi, an-Nawawi, as-Suyuti, al-Fakhr a-Razi, ibn 'Abdassalaam, as-Subki, ibn 'Asakir ...
- Among the Maliki's: al-Baqilani, abu Bakr ibn al-'Arabi
- Among the Hanbali's: ibn al-Jawzi (at least wikipedia claims he was because of his works in ilm al-Kalam)
- ...
which of his creeds or phases did they follow?
It could be great if your answer could include some details.

There's this Narration in Musanaf al Shaybah which says that Abu Bakr (RA) and Umar ibn khattab (RA) burned the house of Fatima (RA) and Killed her.I need help to understand if this narration is weak or not.
The narration:
> "3734 - Muhammad bin Bishr narrated to us Ubayd Allah bin Omar narrated to us Zaid bin Aslam narrated to us on the authority of his father, may God bless him and grant him peace, when he pledged allegiance to Abu Bakr after the Messenger of God, Ali and Al-Zubair used to go to Fatima, the entire house of the Messenger of God, and consult her and reconsider their matter. When this reached Omar bin Al-Khattab, he left until He entered upon Fatima and said: O daughter of the Messenger of God, no, by God, there is no one more beloved to her than your father, and no one is more beloved to us after your father than you. By God, I do not know that. If these people come together, they will stop you if I order them to burn the house over them. He said: When Omar came out, they brought her, and she said. **You know that Omar has responded to me, and he has promised, by God, to his servants that they will burn the house for you, and he swore to God that they would carry out what he swore to do, so they departed of sound mind**, so make up your mind and do not return to me, so they would turn away from it, so they did not go to it until they came to Abu Bakr.
Please help me with this narration , is it saheeh or not. JazakAllahu Khayran
