There's this Narration in Musanaf al Shaybah which says that Abu Bakr (RA) and Umar ibn khattab (RA) burned the house of Fatima (RA) and Killed her.I need help to understand if this narration is weak or not. The narration: > "3734 - Muhammad bin Bishr narrated to us Ubayd Allah bin Omar narrated to us Zaid bin Aslam narrated to us on the authority of his father, may God bless him and grant him peace, when he pledged allegiance to Abu Bakr after the Messenger of God, Ali and Al-Zubair used to go to Fatima, the entire house of the Messenger of God, and consult her and reconsider their matter. When this reached Omar bin Al-Khattab, he left until He entered upon Fatima and said: O daughter of the Messenger of God, no, by God, there is no one more beloved to her than your father, and no one is more beloved to us after your father than you. By God, I do not know that. If these people come together, they will stop you if I order them to burn the house over them. He said: When Omar came out, they brought her, and she said. **You know that Omar has responded to me, and he has promised, by God, to his servants that they will burn the house for you, and he swore to God that they would carry out what he swore to do, so they departed of sound mind**, so make up your mind and do not return to me, so they would turn away from it, so they did not go to it until they came to Abu Bakr. Please help me with this narration , is it saheeh or not. JazakAllahu Khayran

Did Hazrat Abu Bakar had 5 wives?
While watching one Islamic short reel on Instagram, I saw a reel where it said that Hazrat Abu Bakar had 5 wives. Is this true? If yes, then what about the 4 wives rule?

Why did Abu Bakr send armies into Syria?

In this Hadith it is mentioned that Abu bakr RA sent armies into ash-Shaam: >Yahya related to me from Malik from Yahya ibn Said that **Abu Bakr as-Siddiq was sending armies to ash-Sham**. He went for a walk with Yazid ibn Abi Sufyan who was the commander of one of the battalions. It is claimed that Yazid said to Abu Bakr, "Will you ride or shall I get down?" Abu Bakrsaid, "I will not ride and you will not get down. I intend these steps of mine to be in the way of Allah." >Then Abu Bakr advised Yazid, "You will find a people who claim to have totally given themselves to Allah. Leave them to what they claim to have given themselves. You will find a people who have shaved the middle of their heads, strike what they have shaved with the sword.
"I advise you ten things:
Do not kill women or children or an aged, infirm person. Do not cut down fruit-bearing trees. Do not destroy an inhabited place. Do not slaughter sheep or camels except for food. Do not burn bees and do not scatter them. Do not steal from the booty, and do not be cowardly."
**[ [Sunnah Ref: Muwatta Maalik 21/10](https://sunnah.com/urn/509710) ]** Can someone tell me the name(s) of these wars in which Abu Bakr dispatched these armies to Syria and the reason for these wars?

Hadiths on the most beloved companions to the Prophet (صل الله علیه) from a route other than Amr ibn 'As

I was reviewing and editing [this question](https://islam.stackexchange.com/questions/32888/contradictory-hadiths-on-the-most-beloved-individuals-to-the-holy-prophet-in-jam) that I asked long ago and I want to complete my research on it. Back then my issues with it were not reasonably settled. One key issue was that how the three hadiths from at-Tirmidhi which state that Aisha and Abu Bakr were the most beloved individuals to the Holy Prophet (ص) were all narrated by a questionable companion Amr ibn As who is known for his hatred of Ali and war against him in addition to his wars against the Prophet (ص) before the conquest of Mecca. I want to see whether there are other narrations, preferably reliable, in Sunni ahadith that state the same thing about Aisha and Abu Bakr and probably other companions to the exclusion of Ali, Fatima and Bani Hashim in general but from a route other than Amr ibn As. I don't remember whether I surveyed Bukhari and Muslim on this. So help would be appreciated.

Why was Fadak not granted to Fatima by Abu Bakr?
According to Qu'ran 8:41 >And know that anything you obtain of war booty - then indeed, for Allah is one fifth of it and for the Messenger and for [his] near relatives and the orphans, the needy, and the [stranded] traveler, if you have believed in Allah and in that which We sent down to Our Servant...
According to Qu'ran 8:41 >And know that anything you obtain of war booty - then indeed, for Allah is one fifth of it and for the Messenger and for [his] near relatives and the orphans, the needy, and the [stranded] traveler, if you have believed in Allah and in that which We sent down to Our Servant on the day of criterion - the day when the two armies met. And Allah, over all things, is competent. and Qu'ran 17:26 >And give the relative his right, and [also] the poor and the traveler, and do not spend wastefully. There is also 59:7 >And what Allah restored to His Messenger from the people of the towns - it is for Allah and for the Messenger and for [his] near relatives and orphans and the [stranded] traveler - so that it will not be a perpetual distribution among the rich from among you. And whatever the Messenger has given you - take; and what he has forbidden you - refrain from. And fear Allah ; indeed, Allah is severe in penalty. Yet Fadak, which was acquired through war, was not granted to Fatima by Abu Bakr, the first Caliph, after the Prophet (pbuh) passed away. What was Abu Bakrs reasoning given the explicit commandments in the ayats above and how valid was this in the view of later scholarship?
