Why isn't striving for betterment considered opposition to Allah's will?

For example, if a parent has a disabled child, they shouldn't try to give medical treatment to their child to make them "normal."
Allah says in the Quran that He will test you with hunger and loss of property and lives ([2:155](https://quran.com/2/155?translations=20)) . Taking this verse into consideration, no one should make an effort to overcome obstacles and hurdles that have been sent by Allah.
Striving for change means you are "challenging" the will of God indirectly. So why is it not considered disbelief? The only thing you should do is practice sabr (patience) and accept it as it is.

Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu! PLEASE READ TO THE END. Recently I have read that if you depict a statue or drawing of living beings it is a likening of the power of Allah. and I want to make a video on YouTube about video games where there are models of people but they are virtually assembled as a sculpture is it allowed for me to make a video on YouTube about these games. Naturally about shirk games and speech can not be, but here are games where there are no gods and nothing sinful, but there are images in the video game characters can I shoot these games on video or stream? (Streaming is to play games live and comment) answer please as reliable and understandable I am just very afraid to accumulate sins.

A hadith consists of a chain of transmission and the content: an episode, saying, or similar.
There are many ahadith with different chains but with similar or even identical content.
I am searching for a term to refer to this content related by a group or ahadith.
I thought to use in English: narrative, narration, account, but they are also related to the one who tells it.
Is there a term in Arabic or English that is established in Islamic scolar's or Islamic scientist's literature to denote the (group of) transmitted content?

I get answers like "Look at Golden Age" but isn't Golden age a cause of Greek Philosophy and not Islam? I dont understand why Islam takes credit for it can someone elaborate? What in the religion of Islam would cause such a development?
Even if it has caused the Golden age, isn't it just a speck of time in a huge 1400 years of timeline where vast majority of time Muslims lived miserably or comparatively worse than Kuffar?
Why would God create a Religion when he knows his system of life would make life miserable ?
In no way I'm tryna throw shade on Islam, as a revert I am hopeless and Im not finding answers anywhere. I dont find the scholars of Islam as much of a thinkers.

Writing down swear words
I have a vent book and I write in it a lot, but I don’t know if I’m allowed to use swear words to express my feelings (is it haram or not). I don’t mean to share it with anyone, it’s just for myself to reflect on. In this situation, can I write down swear words?

Allowed to say salaam while in prayer, yet not during khutbah? Does anyone else find this odd?

Assalaam-u-alaykum,
I was watching a YouTube video (watch from 5:49 to 6:17) by Muslim Lantern: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zt5aWPQGa0A&start=348&end=377
During prayer, it's apparently a sunnah to return salaam to a fellow Muslim if acknowledging their salaam by signaling with the palm of your hand. This is referenced is Sunan Abu Dawood, Book 2, Hadith Number 0927; Narrated Abdullah ibn Umar: https://sunnah.com/abudawud:927
My question is if the salaam is given such importance during a prayer (when you should have most concentration and are speaking directly with your creator), why is returning the salaam of a fellow Muslim not allowed during Friday khutbah when everyone is listening to the surmon by a khateeb, which is also obligatory to the jhummah prayer?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JNtXldFs1yQ
https://islamqa.info/en/answers/45651/is-talking-during-khutbah-permissible
I'm a little perplexed by this upon discovering this dichotomy. Does anyone know why there are differences here? May Allah guide us all and only He knows best. Jazakallah Khairan.

If I understand correctly, Islam accepts several holy books as authored by Allah. Obviously, Muslims are encouraged to read the Quran, but among these books are the Bible (or Gospel) and the Torah, and it's not clear to me whether or not Muslims are encouraged to read them too.
**Question**: Are Muslims encouraged to read the Bible and/or the Torah? Why or why not?
As in: Would it be worthwhile? Could reading these books lead a Muslim astray? Is there some things a Muslim should know before reading them?
On one hand, they're authored by Allah. But, at the same time, they're not treated the same way as the Quran, nor do I encounter e.g. Muslims reading or quoting from the Bible. There may also be some underlying politics involved here. It's unclear to me how to interpret this.
This question https://islam.stackexchange.com/q/14433/17163 has vague and unreferenced answers. The OP of this question https://islam.stackexchange.com/q/10216/17163 writes "...the Bible is said to be either corrupted or superseded by the Quran." The answer to this question https://islam.stackexchange.com/q/25601/17163 writes "...the Qur'an is the word of God applicable today". The top answer to this question https://islam.stackexchange.com/q/12884/17163 writes "...a large chunk of the New Testament was written by Paul, whom the Qur'an doesn't recognize as a Prophet". And the answer to this question https://islam.stackexchange.com/q/4253/17163 says "...the Gospel and Torah was revealed from Allah but this does not validate its current day authenticity or require us to believe in its present day content entirely."
My impression from the above linked questions is that it's either discouraged, or, at least, not strongly encouraged. Nobody seems to be arguing that it's critical for a Muslim to read these books.

Or suppose someone pee'd on my bag but it dried later, then the impure part became again and I touched the wet bag with my hand, so do I need to clean my hand before praying?
*Note: Dry impurity can't make someone impure.*

In Chapter 56, Quran says people will be put into three groups in the Day of Judgment: companions of left, companions of right, and people in front (or foremost). From the some verses in this chapter, we see that both companions of right, and foremost will go to heaven while companions of left are destined to go to hell. See the verses below:
Quran 56/10-14 talks about foremost.
> And those in front––ahead indeed! For these will be the ones brought
> nearest to God in Gardens of Bliss: many from the past and a few from later generations.
And Quran 56/27-40 talks of companions of right.
> Those on the Right, what people they are! They will dwell amid
> thornless lote trees and clustered acacia with spreading shade,
> constantly flowing water, abundant fruits, unfailing, unforbidden,
> with incomparable companions We have specially created–– virginal,
> loving, of matching age–– for those on the Right, many from the past
> and many from later generations.
My question is this: what exactly are the differences between foremost, and companion of right? Is it a matter of firmness in the following Islamic faith, i.e., are foremost the people who are more devout, and practicing than an average Muslim? Or, is it a special status given by the God, such as prophethood, i.e., does foremost refer to the prophets, and those who first accepted, followed, and fought besides the prophets etc.

i know the sun has its own orbit, but in these verses the way the day and night and sun and moons orbits are mentioned seems relative to each other and it wouldnt make sense that the suns orbit affects the day and night
The word being used, falak, فلك, is it referring strictly to a circular motion of the sun and moons orbits? Or can it refer to the way we see the sun and moon rising and setting in a curved way?
