Im having bad thoughts, what do i do?

I'm not religious, I know I'm a horrible person, there's nothing to deny about that, but lately I've been getting horrible thoughts, about sexuality, about Islam, about everything, I know I'm bad but I don't recall being bad enough to receive these thoughts, I need help, I dont know whether its me or is it waswas?? I genuinely need help because I'm about to go crazy, I've been contemplating ending my life but I know it's not worth eternal hell, but I just can't live with myself anymore, please help.
