So I am a former drug addict and I used to mess with the occult so now I'm worried a jinn or a devil has possessed me cuz I was diagnosed with skitzo effective disorder because of audio and visual hullucinations. I usually see figures in the shadows that are either Dominic looking or have no faces or disfigured. Does this sound like jinn possession? And even with meds they still appear so I'm getting really worried

Is working in government institutions that finance government projects, collect and manage loans on behalf of the government haram? This is because some of the loans are liable to interest during repayment and also some of the projects accounts generate interest for the institution..

To start with, what I mean by fairness or justness here is meant in the context of general help and financial support etc. in an equal manner not necessarily with equal amounts. Allah the Almighty actually prescribed for men who want to marry more than a wife to treat their wives in justness saying: > And if you fear that you will not deal justly with the orphan girls, then marry those that please you of [other] women, two or three or four. But if you fear that you will not be just, then [marry only] one or those your right hand possesses. That is more suitable that you may not incline [to injustice]. (4:3 ) In my imperfection, I could not identify any Islamic religious text that prescribes equal treatment for children, that's why I'm asking whether there is any kind of prescription or at least recommendation to treat the children in such a just, equal or fair manner as meant above and as I'll try to explain by the following example: Let's say you have more than one child who maybe intelligent, lazy or whatever attribute comes to mind, they might be sane and normal born or disabled nevertheless you'd buy them clothes and be in charge for them etc. because it is a duty especially as long as they are dependent on you, but what if they are mature maybe even married, but some are rich, some are poor and or needy or sick/disabled still dependent on your support. So can a parent for example support only the "needy" child and ignore the "rich" one?

Islam doesn’t seem to provide an adequate explanation for why this is happening or why Palestinians are being persecuted without any apparent wrongdoing. The practical cause is Zionism, which drives this aggression. Islam, as a religion, appears powerless to counter Zionism, especially since Zionists wield significant control over money and power. **Example #3**: Islam advocates for the implementation of Sharia to uphold the rule of law. However, in a world dominated by Western hegemony, implementing Sharia is practically impossible unless the entire global order changes, which seems highly unlikely. Furthermore, nations that have well-established rules of law are often not Muslim-majority countries. **Example #4**: Islam does not promote the concept of nationalism or states. Yet, under current global realities shaped by Western influence and institutions like the United Nations, one cannot simply disregard the concepts of nationalism and the state. Given these examples, the question arises: why do we need a religion like Islam when reality suggests otherwise?

I have committed a huge mistake. I am 12 and have a huge question. In which Hadith is the term المحيط referenced as one of the names of Allah?

In Sahih al-Bukhari 7517 Prophet Muhammad salallahu alayhi wasallam visited the 7 heavens with Prophets in each of them. But I am confused because I thought the samaa' ad dunya had stars and planets and stuff but it is said in the hadith that it contained rivers and a palace made of pearls and also emerald. Taking this verse into consideration, no one should make an effort to overcome obstacles and hurdles that have been sent by Allah. Striving for change means you are "challenging" the will of God indirectly. So why is it not considered disbelief? The only thing you should do is practice sabr (patience) and accept it as it is.

We all know the expression "Hadith". A hadith consists of a chain of transmission and the content: an episode, saying, or similar. There are many ahadith with different chains but with similar or even identical content. I am searching for a term to refer to this content related by a group or ahadith. I thought to use in English: narrative, narration, account, but they are also related to the one who tells it. Is there a term in Arabic or English that is established in Islamic scolar's or Islamic scientist's literature to denote the (group of) transmitted content?

I get answers like "Look at Golden Age" but isn't Golden age a cause of Greek Philosophy and not Islam? I dont understand why Islam takes credit for it can someone elaborate? What in the religion of Islam would cause such a development? Even if it has caused the Golden age, isn't it just a speck of time in a huge 1400 years of timeline where vast majority of time Muslims lived miserably or comparatively worse than Kuffar?
