Let’s pretend I do a major sin and then inshallah do a perfect taubah and never do that sin ever again. **Will it still show up in my records on Judgement Day?**

**Question:** Are Jews monotheists as per Islam?
*Reading the verses quoted above, one would feel they aren't monotheists. However, according to [this answer](https://judaism.stackexchange.com/a/10343/13261) in Judaism.SE, it seems the answers are pretty explicit that God is one; "Beside Me there is no God; I have no son.".*

>Anas b. Malik reported that Umm Sulaim narrated it that she asked the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) about a woman who sees in a dream what a man sees (sexual dream). The Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said: In case a woman sees that, she must take a bath. Umm Sulaim said: I was bashful on account of that and said: Does it happen? Upon this the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: Yes (it does happen), otherwise how can (a child) resemble her? Man's discharge (i. e. sperm) is thick and white and the discharge of woman is thin and yellow; so the resemblance comes from the one whose genes prevail or dominate.
I'm not questioning the part about it dominating which is clearly correct, nor the existence of a yellow fluid that influences fertilization. The only issue, which is coincidentally the only one that could be verified empirically is discharges being yellow. Women's nocturnal emissions are nearly always white, and nocturnal emissions aren't the same yellow fluid that's needed in fertilization which is follicular fluid. Thus the discharge mentioned in this very case has no role in fertilization at all let alone in determining the resemblance of a child to one of the parents. Could it be that this was just an assumption from the Prophet's part and that it is totally acceptable for him to be wrong in this case in particular? I'm confident there's a minority opinion that concerning issues not pertaining religion he is liable to making mistakes, especially in science according to Ibn Khaldun, Shah Waliullah and even Qadi Ayyad. I'd argue that the only part that constitutes a religious ruling is the part where he says that if she sees a dream and sees a fluid, this requires ghusl. This part is unequivocally free of error since the Prophet could never make a mistake in religious Ijtihad, just like the information he received through Jibreel cannot in any way be considered false. As for the revelation that he got from Jibreel (AS) after being questioned by Abdullah bin Salam, it only concerned fluid domination determining resemblance to a parent according to the ahadith I've seen (correct me if I'm wrong). Even Dr. Al Barr makes the distinction between the two types of fluid, namely the white sticky one that has no role in making children, and the yellowish one secreted into the fallopian tubes, but he does not mention this apparent contradiction in the hadith. Many Christian missionaries quote many "Narrations" from the Salaf and claim that the early Salaf actually believed that Paul was mentioned in the Quran and he was actually a Prophet of Allah!
Narrated Ibn S'âd and Ibn Asakir by the authority of Abi Saleh and Ibn Abbas who said:
There was a one thousand and nine hundred years gap between the time of Moses the son of Imran and Jesus. During which time one thousand prophets were sent to the people of Israel. And there was five hundred and sixty nine years gap between the birth of Jesus and the time of Muhammad. During the first part of this gap, **three prophets were sent. The third one of these prophets WAS SIMON.**
**Narrated Ibn al-Monthere from Saed bin Jubayr who said: The name of the third messenger was Paul.**
**Narrated Ibn Abi Hatim by the authority of Shuwaib Al Jabâ'ayee who said: The names of the first two MESSENGERS were Simon and John. And the name of the third one was PAUL.**
Among the apostles, and the followers who came after them were the Apostle Peter and Paul who was a follower and not an apostle; they went to Rome. (Tabari, History, Volume IV, p. 123)
**Ibn Jurayj narrated from Wahb bin Sulayman, from Shu’ayb Al-Jaba’i, "The names of the first two Messengers were Sham’un and Yuhanna, and the name of the third was Bulus, and the city was Antioch (Tafsir Ibn Kathir)**
**The Question Is: what is the reality of such reports?** I have read some articles that address this issue and they state that these are merely views of some early Muslims. **However, does not this prove that at least some early Muslims believed that Paul was someone who was sent by Jesus Christ (Alayhisalam) or God?**

My question is related to the following Hadith where a group of men were killed as a form of punishment because they killed innocent shepherd. The Hadith in question is this one:-
Anas said, "Some people of Ukl or Uraina tribe came to Medina and its climate did not suit them. So the Prophet (ﷺ) ordered them to go to the herd of (Milch) camels and to drink their milk and urine (as a medicine). So they went as directed and after they became healthy, they killed the shepherd of the Prophet and drove away all the camels. The news reached the Prophet (ﷺ) early in the morning and he sent (men) in their pursuit and they were captured and brought at noon. He then ordered to cut their hands and feet (and it was done), and their eyes were branded with heated pieces of iron, They were put in 'Al-Harra' and when they asked for water, no water was given to them." Abu Qilaba said, ***"Those people committed theft and murder, became infidels after embracing Islam and fought against Allah and His Apostle*** ." [Sahih Al-Bukhari, 233]
According to [THIS SOURCE](https://islamcompass.com/eight-men-from-ukil-savagely-killed-a-shepherd-and-robbed-him/) and [THIS SOURCE](https://discover-the-truth.com/2015/04/08/eight-men-from-ukil-savagely-killed-a-shepherd-and-robbed-him/) , Holy Prophet Muhammad (Sallallahu'alaihi'wa'alahi'wa'ssallam 🧡 💛 💟 🌹 🎁 🎁 🌹 🌹) ordered that those men should be killed in such a manner because those men from Ukl or Uraina tribe brutally murdered the shepherd. Those men shoved spikes in the eyes of that shepherd and they also cut his legs and arms. Moreover, those men from Ukl or Uraina tribe also terrorized people, committed theft, and also raped women.
However, the author has obtained this information from Seerah sources such as Tabaqat Al-Kubra, Jam'i At-Tabari, Kitab Al-Maghaz by Waqidi, and Seerah Ibn Hisham.
***My Main Question is this:-***
***I need to know the authenticity of the account that states that those men from Ukl tribe or Uraina tribe pierced the eyes of the Shepherd or cut his hands and feet, as authentic Hadith in Sihah Sitta never mention that. The authentic version of Hadith mentions that those men committed theft, murder, and apostasy. However, how authentic are the reports that state that those men pierced thorns into the eyes of shepherd or they cut his hands and feet and cut his hands and feet?***

We are trying to correct that, and are thus looking for perform a nikah in the masjid. The problem is in finding a wali as both of us don't have our relatives here.
The following are my questions:
1. Is there anything else required besides both of us and two witnesses being present there?
2. Do the witnesses have to be Muslims?
3. How much does the Imam charge for the Nikah?

In cases of sexual assault against women, the victim might be asked questions like *what was she wearing?* leading to the implication that she was somehow "asking for it" (i.e. provoking her attacker) if she was wearing a certain style of clothing, thereby giving the perpetrator a mitigating factor. It's a form of victim blaming :
> A typical expression of victim blaming is the "asking for it" idiom, e.g. "she was asking for it" said of a victim of violence or sexual assault.
I'm wondering what would happen in a sexual assault case brought to a sharia court where the female victim was wearing hijab.
**Question**: Are women in hijab assumed not to be "asking for it" in sexual assault cases?
It's possible the sharia could interpret hijab as an unequivocal expression that she is not "asking for it".
