However, I'm not sure if these types of surgeries are halal (due to necessity) or haram.

I am 29 years old man.Not married. For many days I m getting problem with pre - ejaculation fluid. Everyday my penis erect before urinating or it was already erected when I get up early morning to pray fajr prayer. I have noticed when my penis get flaccid lot of pre - ejaculation fluid comes off when performing salat.I have broken salat so many times and washed penis. So, my question is do I need to break salat when it seem to me that fluid is coming out or shall I continue salat. And do I need gush everytime or wash the cloth
Any advice would be great. It will help me out of this problem inshallah.

But the same ayath is to justify oral sex, even though it doesn't
get you pregnant. And does that mean contraception is not allowed?
2. They say it is not clean, but that's just a matter of opinion, and everyone showers daily, washes them selves, and keeps it clean.
It is safe to assume that people are more hygienic now than ever
before.
3. It is haram because it may harm her. With lube it doesn't hurt at all, and no medical reason for it to be harmful. It only hurts
without proper warm up, and we are commanded to have foreplay so it
shouldn't be an issue at all.
4. Also the hadeeth that forbid it, I read all over that they are weak, and shouldn't be taken into account because they contradict
what the Quran says, go onto your wives how ever you want. (Allah
swa is not shy to say the truth, don't have butt sex with your
wives. And Allah swa will not look at him on the day of judgement
who has butt sex with his wife.)
I don't want to withhold something from my marriage because of opinions.

From what I understand, the reason in Islam it's haram from my googling is that most of the time it's forced/when your wife is on her period. But we use condoms always just for cleanliness as well.
**Is it still haram if it's consensual, with both parties enjoying it?**

My wife and I have been trying for children for several years with no success.
We have undertaken many tests that could not determine a biological issue with our health.
We have gone through two IVF cycles unsuccessfully.
Our consultant has asked that I should not refrain from ejaculation for more than 36-48 hours until the next IVF cycle is complete.
However my wife will be traveling with her family for a few days during this time.
I don't know how best to address this.
I know the majority of opinion is that masturbation is haram, unless for medical purposes. But considering I am married and have a halal alternative (albeit not while she is travelling) I don't know where I stand with rulings.
Please can you refer me to some knowledge so that I act, by Allah's will, in accordance with shariah.
