Some non-muslims kept asking me if I did a certain sin, and were accusing me of doing so when I dodged the question, I said I did it accidentally, and then later explained that I did something permissible (but that permissible thing kinda looks like/could lead to the haram thing or could be mistaken for it), is this sinful, and am I sinful for such? (I didn't realize until after I said such that it could be sinful).

I really like her too and I’m planning to marry her in the future if it all works out well but I wanted to know from a religious perspective, the daughter is 5 years old. And if it’s halal, can I get the source and the teachings for this please? I have seen answers saying that her not committing Zina and repenting would be enough but what about the child, she does regret getting physical but she had a daughter from that relationship, would that still be okay? In a sahih report, its mentioned that the heart of a human/jinn is between the two fingers of Allah and he turns it. > Verily, the hearts of all the sons of Adam are between the two fingers out of the fingers of the Compassionate Lord as one heart. He turns that to any (direction) He likes. Then Allahs Messenger (ﷺ) said: 0 Allah, the Turner of the hearts, turn our hearts to Thine obedience.(Muslim 2655) Its understood that this turning causes a person to become believer or disbeliever. Can it be concluded that this turning of heart makes a person muslim and not proclaiming the testimony Of faith?

I am developing an application which allows users to convert from Gregorian to Hijri dates and vice-versa. I am thinking about whether to just have an input box for the date (e.g. 8/21/2021), or to have an additional input box for the time (e.g. 6:00 AM), as I have heard from others that a new day in the Hijri calendar can start in the same day in the Gregorian calendar? Furthermore, does the Islamic Hijri calendar run on a standard 24-hour day just like the Gregorian calendar?

I wonder what is the best manner to donate money, especially in these holy days, should donations be given as important amount, or it could be divided to reach the maximum of persons, as a result the persons would receive little amounts of money. in the quran 7 157, its translated that >“˹They are˺ the ones who follow the Messenger, the unlettered Prophet, whose description they find in their Torah and the Gospel." What does this mean? cause it appears from the words used in the translation that its talking in present tense but the tawrat and injeel didnt even exist at that point it was corrupted, so is the verse actually talking about when each of these books were around?

I have confusion regarding the claim which made by Jonathan AC Brown in his book about that some scholars, held the view that not just free men but even slaves could have concubines though they can only own if there master permits either by giving his own slave girl or slave can buy slave girl. Here is the source. I came across only an explanation of Al Kafi of Ibn Qudamah by Shaykh Ibn Uthymeen but I got confused about whether it was permissible or not.
