What is Islam's view about intersex people? Do they classify as men or women in Sharia? There are different laws for men and women so which laws do intersexual people follow? في قوله : يَخْرُجُ مِنْ بَين الصّلْب والتّرَائِبِ قال : الترائب : الأضلاع التي أسفل الصلب This roughly translates in English to:(taraib "ترائب") are the ribs that are below the backbone (sulb"صلب"). That is, 86:6 speaking of how man is created from fluid ejected, and 86:7 refers to how this fluid which has transformed into a **foetus emerges out** from between the backbones and ribs (Mother's Womb) and not refering to the sperm emerging out from the backbone? - For example on the lines of : Have the students not observed how the Ford car is manufactured? It is manufactured from Molten Iron, Emerging out from the Ford factory. (that is, the molten iron ultimately emerges out from the factory as finished car) Have any of the classical Mufassiroon propagated this kind of an interpretation for these Ayat?

this is something that has been bothering me for a while and I was hoping someone could answer or educate me on this topic. when a woman's husband dies she must wait 4 months and a couple of days before getting married. I understand that this rule is put out in case the woman is pregnant. However, the woman is not allowed to wear jewelry, perfume or anything that may beautify her in order to show respect to her husband who has passed away. she cannot go out with friends to feel better and can only leave the house for necessity. I don't think this is necessarily bad but what bothers me is that when a mans wife dies, he does not have to show any respect or mourn his wife's passing away. in fact he can marry someone else a day after her passing away. isn't there some kind of respect shown for a wife who's passed? why is a wife worth so much less than a husband? it's starting to seem like a wife is required to love and respect her husband more than he is required to love and respect her.

Yet, there seems to be a lot of scholars who think that a father can marry off his, virgin, minor, daughter without her consent: >Ibn Qudaamah (may Allaah have mercy on him) said: With regard to a virgin who is still a minor, there is no difference of opinion concerning her (i.e., that her father may marry her off even if she objects). >Ibn al-Mundhir said: Every scholar from whom we learned was agreed that it is permissible for a man to marry off his virgin daughter who is still a minor, if he marries her to someone who is compatible, and it is permissible for him to marry her off even if she objects and refuses. >Al Baghawi said: There is a consensus of the scholars that it is permissible for the fathers to marry their young daughters even if they are still in the cradle, but it is not permissible for the husbands to consummate the marriage with them, unless they become physically fit for sexual intercourse by mature males. Why is there a consensus among scholars that minors and/or virgins can be married off without her consent when it seems to contradict hadith? I can't seem to find anything in the Quran, hadith, or Sunnah that supports the claim. Am I missing something?

My school has themes for each school year, this time, the theme is (based on my understanding) is anime, but the problem is that the character our theme is based on (used for shirt color) is a character who calls himself god,more specifically "god of festivals". I also know that some schools a allow making up witr, but don't exactly know the limitations. My Question is: What are/is the view(s) of scholars on performing qada' for nafl/sunna prayers, is it recommended, if yes how and are there any limitation (for example can I do qada' when ever I recall it as the case for fard according the sahih hadith: > "He who forgets the prayer, or he slept (and it was omitted), its expiation is (only) that he should observe it when he remembers it." . or can I only make up the prayers I missed actually).
