Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullah,
I have a one focused question and few follow up question which are all part of that question.
Let's say, My family and our neighbor's family are purchasing one cow together for Qurbani. Each of us is paying 50%.
Is this type of joint Qurbani permissible, or is it considered Bid’ah?
each family mention multiple names to the person who slaughtered it for them after it is slaughtered and they are making a dua, is this a valid practice? and if it is, how many names can 2 family mention?
(sorry if this sounds strange as this is something i see often in my country and I'm unable to find evidence from the Qur'an then Authentic Sunnah and Salaf As-Saleheen.
Jazakum Allahu Khairan.

Salaam, I wanted to know that if My Father does the sacrifice of an animal. Does it mean I also would have to cut my hair and nails before Zil Hajj starts? Or only the person who is doing the sacrifice will have to follow this?

Is Eid-e-Milad-ul-Nabi (P.B.U.H) allowed or prohibited?
Milad-ul-Nabi (P.B.U.H) is being celebrated in various parts of Muslim countries every year. 1. Is it proved from Quran and Sunnat-e-Rasool (P.B.U.H)? 2. Does Sahaba celebrated it? 3. If someone don't attends this. Should he be called a "Satan(Iblees)"?

Nowruz is a Persian new year, but why do Shia all around world celebrate it.
Here is how it is celebrated at my place.
We prepare special nazr of Imam Ali.
The contents of which are as below:
- a bowl of water with rose water and put a rose in it
- a fan made of palm/dates tree leaf
- 7 varieties of fruits
- sweets
After the nazr. The water is put on the fan and the fan is waved in all the four corner of the house for barkat/divine grace.
There is this specific time for the nazr. With minutes precision like 20th March 8:40 PM (IST) this year.
People throw color on each other like Hindus do in their holi festival.
From where does this all came from?
**Note:** I am looking for its source from Quran or Hadith of Ahlul-bait.

What if you feel like your not the person you are when you commit a sin meaning if I committing a sin I don't feel like it's me doing it but then after I realized it is me. I don't understand why it's like that because I never in my senses when I am committing a sin and I regret it right after and hate myself. But I always felt that its not me that is doing it, like I always feel like someone is controlling me and I cant stop them. After I always feel guilty for not stopping myself from committing a sin?

Shia believes that on this day Mukhtar-al-Saqafi had send the heads of the killer's of imam Hussein to his family, after looking at them Imam Zainul Abedeen (a.s) smiled for the first time after tragedy of Karbala, hence they celebrate this day as ed-e-Zehra (Eid of the family of Zahra (a.s))
What is the authenticity of the above belief , I want to know authentic sources.

Is it permitted to leave Eid salah before the Khutbah?
The Eid salah is the reverse of Jumu'ah in that it's the salah then Khutbah not Khutbah then salah. I read you must stay until the end of the Khutbah but is there a valid view to leave after the salah as I see some brothers do either ignorantly or via a valid view of the scholars?

Yesterday, we went to the mosque to perform Eid ul-Fitr salat prayer, which occurred between fajr (dawn prayer) and zuhr (noon prayer). For some reason, we performed takbir three times at various points during salat. I've never encountered this before, not even at other nearby mosques.
**Question**: Why did we do takbir three times during Eid ul-Fitr prayer?
In case it matters, it was at the Xining Road Mosque in Tianjin, China (西宁道清真寺 ) which would mostly be Hui Muslims , which I find generally follow the Sunni Hanafi Madhhab (see Gedimu ).

Did all Muslims -of a time- ever start fasting or celebrating their 'Id's on the same day after the time of the Prophet?

Many people ask why Muslims don't start the fast Ramadan and celebrate their 'Id's on the same day. And even if many madhhabs claim that this is the chosen way, but it seems to me hardly practical without modern communication tools such as phone and internet or the imposition of a rule/ruler. (see also https://islam.stackexchange.com/questions/35556/what-are-the-opinions-on-moonsigthing-as-per-the-classical-scholars)
I'd like to know whether there is any evidence in Muslim sources where we find that all Muslims started fasting or celebrated their 'Id on the same day after the early days of Islam (and before our modern days and the invention of phones and the internet) where the spreading the news of the moonsighting would be possible within a few hours and before the next day started (after the time of the Prophet and his first Caliph).
If such an evidence exists it would be great to know how they could realize this?
