We know that many prophets performed miracles and many people didn't believe these prophets because they thought it was all magic. But will Allah punish these people? Why would Allah punish them in the afterlife? In the Quran, Allah says that he will not charge a soul beyond it's capability. So if a person is not capable of distinguishing between miracle and magic, why should Allah punish him? It just means that Allah needs to show a stronger sign.

How to interpret that Allah and the angels send prayers and blessings to the believers?
Allah tells us that HE and HIS angels send prayers and blessings the believers saying: > It is He who confers blessing upon you, and His angels [ask Him to do so] that He may bring you out from darknesses into the light. Allah tells us that HE and HIS angels send prayers and blessings the believers saying: > It is He who confers blessing upon you, and His angels [ask Him to do so] that He may bring you out from darknesses into the light. And ever is He, to the believers, Merciful.(33:43 ) In before this verse in surat al-Baqarah we are informed that Allah sends prayers to some of the believers: > Those are the ones upon whom are blessings from their Lord and mercy. And it is those who are the [rightly] guided. (2:157 ) How should we understand this? Is it something similar to those HE, HIS angels and the believers should send to our Prophet () as mentioned in (33:56 )?

Feast from the side of girl's family (marriage)
In marriage there's a walima (feast) from the side of boy's family and this is sunnah, and there's nothing like this from the girl's family, right? So is it permissible for girl's family to do things like this( like feast) in marriage?

There are two ahadith regarding the Dhikr: "Allahumma Asbahna Nush-hiduka Wa Nush-hidu Hamalata Arshika..." to say it ***once*** and ***four*** times. I want to know specifically for the hadith mentioned in At-Tirmidhi (3501 ) where the Prophet sallahu alayhi wa sallam said, if you say it **ONCE** that: "Allah will forgive him for whatever he does that day, and if he says it in the evening, Allah will forgive him for whatever sin he commits that night". Darussalam says it's **hasan** while At-Tirmidhi states below it that it is **gharib** (*strange*). Is there any commentary from *Ibn Hajar*, *Albani*, *Al-Haythami*, *Al-Mundhiri*, etc. about this hadith? references: ---------------------------------------------------------------------- muflihun.com/abudawood:5069 / sunnah.com/adab:1201 | "*four times*" muflihun.com/abudawood/43/5060 and the above mentioned (3501) | "*once*" Image (This is the only info, mainly on the “four“-version I got without any idea on how to exploit it any further for my question)

The concept of worship in Jannah
The Quran states that the people of Jannah will greet each other with *salam*, and will (often) utter *alhamdulliah*. To my knowledge, there is no worship in Jannah. Is this explicitly mentioned in any hadith or implied in the Quran?

Some scholars say Muslims who don't pray are not unbelievers, but are executed: on what grounds is this justified?
A Shafi'i fiqh book states: > f1.4 A Muslim who holds the prayer to be obligatory but through lack of concern neglects to perform it until its proper time is over has not committed unbelief (dis: w18.2). Rather, **he is executed, washed, prayed over, and buried in the Muslim's cemetery** (O: as he i...
A Shafi'i fiqh book states: > f1.4 A Muslim who holds the prayer to be obligatory but through lack of concern neglects to perform it until its proper time is over has not committed unbelief (dis: w18.2). Rather, **he is executed, washed, prayed over, and buried in the Muslim's cemetery** (O: as he is one of them. It is recommended, but not obligatory, that he be asked to repent (N: and if he does, he is not executed)). > *The Reliance of the Traveller*, by Ahmad ibn Naqib al-Misri (translated by Nuh Ha Mim Keller) (Here, "N:" indicates a "comment by Sheikh Nuh 'Ali Salman" and "O:" indicates an "excerpt from the commentary of Sheikh 'Umar Barakat".) Islam Q&A affirms this stance: *The Maalikis and Shaafa‘is are of the view that the one who does not pray out of carelessness and laziness, not because he denies that it is obligatory, is to be executed as a hadd punishment...*. **Question**: On what Islamic grounds is this justified? The Qur'an says: > And never is it for a believer to kill a believer except by mistake. ... But whoever kills a believer intentionally - his recompense is Hell, wherein he will abide eternally ... > Qur'an 4:92-93 And there's various hadith which talk about not killing Muslims, e.g.: > ... Abusing a Muslim is Fusuq (i.e., an evil-doing), and killing him is Kufr (disbelief). > Sahih al-Bukhari 6044 > > ... It is not permissible to kill a Muslim except in one of three cases: A adulterer who has been married, who is to be stoned; a man who kills a Muslim deliberately; and a man who leaves Islam and wages war against Allah ... > Sunan an-Nasa'i 4743 [grade: sahih] I asked a related question here: https://islam.stackexchange.com/q/40531/17163 One of the comments there suggested that it can be justified through *And do not kill the soul which Allah has forbidden [to be killed] except by [legal] right* (Qur'an 6:151 ). Thus, I would expect there to be some kind of "legal right" to execute a believer who doesn't pray.
