Assalamu alaykum,
I hope this message finds you well. I have a question regarding maintaining contact with non-mahram individuals. I have some male friends' numbers saved in my phone, but I realize that we don't communicate frequently, if at all. Considering Islamic principles of modesty and decency, would it be advisable for me to delete their contact information, even if there's no immediate necessity for it?I would appreciate your insight on this matter.
JazakAllahu Khairan,

In the past, these clay sculptures were made mainly for worship and creating idols, it was their 'intention'. What if my 'intention' of creating these clay sculptures was purely for entertainment? Like toys, decor pieces and whatnot? Doesn't intention usually, and mostly always, matter when an action is done? Is this halal in a way?
In the last comment of the question link I provided, does that link to anything mentioned here? I would really appreciate some insight as I am constantly in debate of this situation. Thank you.

Aren't these Hadiths contradictory?
If the prophet knew that Al-Ajwa could protect someone from poison or magic, why didn't he eat that date regularly in order to protect himself from poison or magic?

In the hadith of isra Miraj
""They continued travelling until they reached the valley that is in the city — that is: the Hallowed House (Jerusalem) — when lo and behold! the Gehenna was shown to them like a carpet unfolded. They (the Companions) said: “O Messenger of Allah, how was it?” He replied: “Like cinders.”
He continued travelling until he reached the city of the Hallowed House and he entered it by its Southern gate. He dismounted the Buraq and tied it at the gate of the mosque, using the ring by which the Prophets tied it before him. One narration states that Jibril came to the Rock and placed his fingers in it, piercing it, then he tied the Buraq using the spot he had hollowed out.
The Prophet entered the mosque from a gate through which the sun and the moon could be seen when they set. He prayed two cycles of prayer and did not tarry long before a large throng of people had gathered.""
This is the description of the mosque in jerusalem and given in the hadith. But historically we know that the temple had been destroyed in the first century and wasnt rebuilt till the 7th/8th century.
How do we explain the details mentioned about the mosque by hadith, if the mosque itself was in ruins at the time of the miraaj?

Please teach me the explanation of this hadith?
[Sunan Abu Daawood,][1] [Sunan An-Nasai][2], [Sunan Ibn Maajah][3] and Ibn Hibbaan the latter said it was a sound Hadeeth: > “Any woman who brings into a family a person child who is not one of them by legal lineage, she shall have no relation left with Allah and paradise will be forbidden for her....
Sunan Abu Daawood, Sunan An-Nasai , Sunan Ibn Maajah and Ibn Hibbaan the latter said it was a sound Hadeeth:
> “Any woman who brings into a family a person child who is not one of them by legal lineage, she shall have no relation left with Allah and paradise will be forbidden for her.
I had asked ChatGPT for an explanation this is what it said -
Explanation of the Hadith:
The content of the hadith:
The hadith mentions a woman who brings a child into a family who is not legally or biologically related to the family. This may refer to cases where a woman falsely claims that a child is from her husband or family when the child is actually from another source or lineage.
The hadith states that such a woman would "have no relation left with Allah" and "Paradise will be forbidden for her."
This is a very strong condemnation. Let's break it down in detail:
The importance of lineage in Islam:
Lineage (nasab) is considered sacred in Islamic law. Maintaining the integrity of lineage is crucial because it has implications for inheritance, family rights, and societal order. Falsifying one's lineage disrupts the structure of society and violates the rights of the individuals involved. This is why Islam places great emphasis on maintaining the truth regarding one's ancestry.
The woman’s role in this act:
In this hadith, the woman is the one being addressed because historically, the mother is often the one who may have knowledge of or involvement in how the child is raised or identified within a family. Whether the child is biologically hers or not, the act of bringing a child into a family with a false claim of parentage is considered a severe breach of Islamic law.
"No relation left with Allah":
This phrase is understood as meaning that the woman who falsely claims a child as part of her family will be distanced from Allah’s mercy and forgiveness. It signifies that the act is so grave that it has spiritual consequences. In Islam, having a connection with Allah's mercy and grace is central to one's hope for salvation and entry into Paradise. The severing of this connection indicates the seriousness of the sin.
"Paradise will be forbidden for her":
This part of the hadith is a warning that such an act may lead to severe consequences in the Hereafter, including being barred from entering Paradise. This is a strong deterrent aimed at preventing people from falsifying lineage, as the punishment could involve exclusion from Allah's mercy in the Hereafter.
Why Is Falsifying Lineage So Serious?
Rights of the child:
In Islamic society, the biological lineage of a child is critical. The child has rights tied to their biological parents, such as inheritance rights and the right to know their family history. Altering this lineage denies the child their rightful identity and the legal privileges that come with it.
Social order:
Maintaining accurate lineage ensures the integrity of the family structure. Falsely claiming parentage or altering family relationships can create confusion and lead to injustice in matters like inheritance, family obligations, and the distribution of wealth.
Religious and moral truthfulness:
Islam places high importance on truthfulness and honesty. Falsifying lineage goes against these moral values, as it involves a lie about the most fundamental aspect of human relationships—family ties.
Spiritual consequences:
The hadith warns that such a grave sin can sever one's spiritual connection with Allah, which is a central concern in Islam. Being cut off from Allah’s mercy and forgiveness is a severe punishment, which could have eternal consequences in the Hereafter, such as being deprived of Paradise.
Context of the Hadith:
The situation of a woman bringing a child into a family:
The hadith addresses a scenario where a woman might be involved in misrepresenting the lineage of a child, such as through adoption or any other means that could confuse or falsely claim parentage. This could happen due to various reasons, such as trying to secure a place in a family for a child born out of wedlock or to avoid certain legal consequences. However, Islam prohibits such acts because they compromise the integrity of both the family and the broader community.
Can anyone confirm it and show me if it is correct?

As far as I know in Islam marriage contract is allowed at any age as is mentioned by Imam Ibn Battal and Imam Ibn Hajar but consummation of marriage is allowed only when the girl is able for it.Also that there is a consensus of scholars that the guardian is not allowed to give the bride to the husband untill she is able to consummate the marriage.
So, when Scholars mentioned that consummation of the marriage can only happen when the girl is able for it, did the scholars also mean that not only intercourse but also all forms of sexual contact for example kissing or touching with desire is prohibited in case of an early marriage where the bride is both immature by age meaning did not reach puberty and also physically unfit for intercourse?
I always thought the case was that all forms of sexual contact with immature girl with whom marriage contract was done was forbidden and by immature I mean who is not both able to have intercourse and also did not reach puberty but some people(i.e mostly christians trying confuse muslims)have been saying it was allowed to enjoy them sexually in other ways and only that intercourse was forbidden.
If it is allowed then , which conditions make it permissible and impermissible. If possible a detailed answer from different madhabs would be appreciated.

I wish to move to a muslim majority city in michigan in order to still be able to provide for me and a future wife with the salary and her not have to work, along with the other things I mentioned. If I move to a muslim country I may have to work a different, less noble job, islamically speaking, or my wife would need to work. Would my preffered course of action be justified, if it's for the sake of islam and my wife, assuming that the scholars I mentioned are correct.

Say a person steals some of a persons goods, murders a person, commits adultery while being married, stains ones honours wrongly, rapes someone etc.
Now that person repents to Allah sincerely, then will he/she be responsible or accountable to the victim on the day of judgement?
> Whoever wrongs someone in any way, whether in terms of his honor, wealth, or anything else, let him make amends for it before the Day when there will be no dinar or dirham (currency), and if he has no good deeds, then some of the wronged person's bad deeds will be taken and added to his load(Bukhari).
So please help me understand in such situation will the victims rights be given respect in the hereafter if the criminal does not seek forgiveness of the victim in this world?

The program allows up to five accounts per household, but I am the only one in my household who uses Bing. I created and use all five accounts myself to earn more rewards, as my family does not use the platform. Additionally, I am considering creating more than five accounts and doing the tasks (such as searches) to earn even more points. Is it permissible in Islam to create and use these multiple accounts for the purpose of earning more rewards, even if it might go against the platform’s intended use?"
