I'm a young Muslim women living in a non Muslim country and have been struggling with what to wear recently. Usually I have and do wear mens clothes from siblings or I just buy them for reasons of modesty and comfort. I did not think much of it at first as it isnt noticeable that they are exclusively mens clothes. I have tried doing research on cross dressing for women in the quran however I'm not sure it's the right search as it is absolutely clear I am a girl, still however it is usually unclear as it mostly talks about men dressing like women and not the other way around.

Does "the dua of the oppressed will be accepted" include negative duas?
When it is said that the Dua of the oppressed will be accepted, does that mean if an enemy harms you, any Dua you make on that person will be accepted, even if it is negative?

Islamic financing doesn't make sense (house mortgage)?

I'm aware there are 3 types:
1. I'll buy and then rent it to you and you pay it off slowly
2. I'll buy it and sell it to you for higher price
3. I'll buy and sell it loss/profit will be shared
3 and 1 are completely ok. But the most popular option that is 2 is sold as halal, But I'll argue it's anything but that.
The bank buys the house AND then you are required to buy the home at higher price.
The transaction up until the bank buys the house is not controversial. Whether bank or another seller owns it, it doesn't matter.
The problem is that bank REQUIRES you to buy the house before their purchase of it.
So instead of saying
- I'll give you $100
- you will give me back $150
BANK > $ > YOU > $$ > BANK
It basically adds an extra step
- I'll buy this box for you for $100
- But then you will have to buy it from me at $150
BANK > $ > HOUSE > YOU > $$ > BANK > HOUSE
Interest is paying more than what you owe. Which can be phrased, requiring you to pay more than what you got. Similarly, you got a house that is $100, and you will be required to pay $150.

This has been on my mind for a while. It's said that as Muslims we fast during the blessed month of Ramadan to achieve a greater closeness to Allah and better ourselves as muslims and people. So then why is it that if somebody chooses to leave their fast they are punished so harshly by Allah? Surely it's their loss and while I don't encourage leaving fasts I'm a little confused as to why not fasting is punished so severely since as long as they are not leaving their fasts to sin and they still pray 5 times a day they are not doing anything "wrong" there is just a lack of them doing "rightful" things so they miss out on sawab at their own loss.

Salam, I’m in really desperate need for help. Basically I have a student loan which have interest I repented from it but it’s the only money I have to live. I don’t live with family and they can’t give me money much, I don’t have work and it’s difficult working with no degree, I took it out of necessary. Anyways, I also missed some days of Ramadan and had to pay a certain amount of money because fasting for 4 months ( since I can’t remember if I missed two or 1 day) it would make me quite ill, I decided to pay the money from the riba money I own. Is this sin paid off? :( please help me ...I’m hopeless .. don’t have any money to pay it off and I don’t want the sin of the missed days

Assalamwalaikum.
I met a guy, and we have known each other for 5 months now. It felt like an instant connection, we clicked. We really wanted to marry and spend our lives together. We both felt right for each other. I was attracted to him both in terms of his appearance, as well as his character and deen. We decided on praying istekhara. The istekhara only made my belief stronger about marrying him, i really want to spend my days here and the hereafter with him. But his istekhara resulted differently. Removing me from his life, puts him at more ease, and as a consequence, he ended things with me. He is divorced, and he thinks that the stigma of that will put him at a place, where he moved on from with great difficulty. He doesn't want my parents or anyone to tarnish his character.
I respect his decision, but i really want to have a content married life with him inshallah, that's what i feel. But then i also think, that maybe his istekhara resulted in this because it may not be the right time for us, Allah knows best.
I have requested him to continue praying istekhara, and i will too. Although i really make dua to Allah swt, that he brings him back into my life. Is that wrong of me to do? Does that mean I'm questioning Allah's qadr?

Does this saying really belong to Hazrat Ali (R.A.)? If so, where is it documented, and can you also include original Arabic saying?
If not, does this saying belong to another credible Islamic figure?

This is one of the biggest dilemmas I have to face in my entire life, and I have researched online for an answer but I could not find a clear reason or answer for my question.
So basically I am 20 years old and I am running a successful E-commerce store where I sell a product by mass marketing it on large pages on Instagram. This business has the potential to change my life as whenever I use this advertisement, I end up making alot of money. The thing is however, the video contains the words “f it” basically in the context where the person is fed up and saying screw this, not offending anyone or anything, its just a phrase to showcase a certain emotion in order to show the product I am selling properly. The f word in this context isn’t used to offend or curse anyone but simply there, I would like to know if I use this ad will it be haram for me and would I be earning haram money? Really need your help with this.

I am really scared about this. The thing is that
Me and someone else (a fellow) transgressed against someone's right. He gave me an idea and i just remained silent and he did the transgression (so i am also involved in this). Now after being guided it has come to my mind that i should apologize to the person whose right we transgressed against and also restore his right in some way if possible but by telling him that we did such a thing would expose the fellow with whom i trangressed .
**So should I hide his sin or apologize to the person by exposing him?**

This hadith seems to imply that giving money to a rich person is sadaqah. However, it is unclear if this rule apply to the Ummah because it may be a story about people of other prophets (the rules revealed to other prophets don't apply to us). Is giving gifts or money to a rich person regarded as Sadaqah?
