In situations while fasting of kaffaratul qital the person just could not control himself & got intimate with the wife. They did not have sexual intercourse but while the wife was fondling him, he ejaculated. What should be done now..he’s very regretful now & do not know what he should do?? He also make sincere intention that i will never repeat this??

I swore about not doing an act, it's not a sin, but now after sometime, I want to do it. Should I do it and then give the kaffarah or should I give the kaffarah and then do it?

Assalamualaikum may Allah SWT bless you for helping me out because I am in great confusion. Once when I was being very guilty about my actions ( I was addicted to some sort of p***) I said to Allah that please don't let anyone see the phone's history (it was a family phone ) and I said I will never repeat this action again please don't let anybody get to know about it I promise I will never do that again. So does this statement make it a conditional vow or promise? Does it mean if Allah will listen my dua then I cannot return to the same sin again? meaning will I be breaking a promise or vow?

A sister masturbates as a habit right from childhood, even during Ramadan. She can't control herself even if she didn't have the intention of doing it, even though she knows recently (like 2 years ago) that it's haraam, it has been going on for over 10 years. 1. Does she need to repay up her Ramadan fast or not, that no matter how hard she tries to avoid this, yet proves abortive. 2. Will ALLAH accept her fasting whenever she did the act she continues her fast, that the addiction she can't control it.

The rule that i've heard is that if a person invalidates the obligatory fasting in Ramadhan (deliberately) because of a certain cause (eating on purpose, zina, drinking alcohol, smoking, etc ) he would have to repent by fasting again afterwards 1 day for each day that he invalidated in Ramadhan or feed 1 poor person for each day which he invalidated. But I don't remmember the source. I just want to make sure, is there any islamic sources (Quran or Hadiths) or islamic schools (scholars or agreements) that instead says that, in order to repent, the person would have to fast for 60 days afterwards per each 1 day of fasting that he invalidated (on purpose) or feed 60 poor persons for each 1 day that he invalidated at Ramadhan ?

Salam, I’m in really desperate need for help. Basically I have a student loan which have interest I repented from it but it’s the only money I have to live. I don’t live with family and they can’t give me money much, I don’t have work and it’s difficult working with no degree, I took it out of necessary. Anyways, I also missed some days of Ramadan and had to pay a certain amount of money because fasting for 4 months ( since I can’t remember if I missed two or 1 day) it would make me quite ill, I decided to pay the money from the riba money I own. Is this sin paid off? :( please help me ...I’m hopeless .. don’t have any money to pay it off and I don’t want the sin of the missed days

I had sexual intercource with my wife during Ramadhan but we both forgot that it breaks the fast and only remembered at the end. Do I have to do kaffarah? Does this count in forgetfulness? **I follow hanafi school of thought**

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته The Quran says that it's the equivalent of what you'd feed your family. That has been determined to be a "saa" of rice, which in turn is 1.5 Kg of rice. Is that cooked or uncooked rice? Either way, that's definitely way more food than one would usually eat in one sitting. I'd assume half a cup is what the average person would eat as a meal. That means 100 grams of uncooked rice. Even if it's one cup it would still be 7.5 times less than 1.5 Kg. So the 1.5 Kg, is that for one person, or the 10? If it's for one person, then what about the Quran where it says... >on a scale of the average of that with which you feed your own families. No one eats 1.5 Kg of rice as one meal. And finally...does a plate of spaghetti with sauce suffice? *please provide the source for your answers* Jazak Allah khair.

so i already know that if one breaks a fast intentionally, they have to either feed 60 poor people or fast for 60 consecutuve days without skipping any days. however, this isnt possible for most women as they'll most likely get their period twice in those 60 days. this is pretty much unavoidable, so, when a woman is fasting for 60 days as punishment for breaking her fast intentionally, after her period ends, does she just continue counting her fasts from she left off when her period started?

So i broke my fast, which I am very ashamed about, I wanted to ask that does the fasts of Ramadan count toward the kaffarah fasts or do we have to keep them separately from that of Ramadan

I want to fast for the days in Ramadan that I did not fast, as a kid. I have heard I can do neeyat (intention) of kafara for all of my missed fasts during my life since it became obligatory for me and then fast for 60 days in just one year. What is the proper way to do this?

According to [Sahih Al-Bukhari 1936](https://sunnah.com/bukhari/30/43) , the compensation for breaking the fast by having intercourse is to manumit a slave. If a person is not able to do so, then he or she must fast for two consecutive months. If a person is not able to fast for two consecutive months, then he or she must feed sixty poor people. If he or she is not able to feed sixty poor people, then he or she may give a basket full of dates in charity. From the Bukhari's Sahih, it becomes obvious that these steps must be followed if a person breaks his or her fast by having sexual intercourse while fasting. However, it seems that there is a different command mentioned in Ibn Sa'ad Tabaqat Al-Kubra. I wonder when you fast for an oath you’ve made, for 3 days consecutive, do you break the fast each day on maghrib and then start the fast at fajr again? And then that counts as 3 days. Or do you abstain from food and water for 3 whole days? Grateful for answer. Allah bless!

Do i have to give them physically even tho the food is not from my money (my parent's money) and can someone else distributed the food for me ?
