My question is after mentioning trinity why does quran mentions the two persons as Jesus and Mary in 5:75. Now anyone would conclude from this that quran is assuming mary to be a part of triniry.
I know though she is worshipped but what's the point of mentioning her in the context of quran 5:73?

Assalamualaikum, I've deeply fallen in love with a girl of my age, We live far away from each other and meet very rarely. It's been around 2 years and she loves me back and trusts me completely. I fear Allah (SWT) and I want to marry her to validate our relationship however our parents may not allow our nikah now since we're still studying. We hope that Insha'Allah they'll accept us after we have settled in our life. Is it possible for me to marry her without our parents knowing and then remarry her with their consent within 4-5 years Insha'Allah while refraining from sexual activities? If yes what is the valid islamic procedure?

I wanna ask, I currently left a job at bank, (due to it being riba based) and recently I got hired in a Real Estate company, after I joined, I came to learn that my job role i.e. Telecalling for Real Estate clients is apparently illegal in the region I work in, there are hefty fines if cold call recipient complaints to govt, however, for the most part, people do not complain, (even if they do, the company is fined, not the agent, and the company is ok with that risk) pretty much all real estate companies are doing this cold calling - which allows them to connect to potential sellers and connect them to buyers. Some people however, do not like us calling them, get bothered, however, if someone does show annoyance, we don't call them and keep their contact highlighted to not contact them. Would doing this job be haram? (Alternatively, until I found this job, I was providing car pool services to people since cab is very expensive and making money like that) which is also illegal as per law. I am studying at the moment and hope to get a good job once my studies are completed, but still I want my earnings to be halal, but this is my situation. Please advise.

Salaam Alaykum, as we know, today is the first of Ramadan and I'd like to wish all of you a blessed Ramadan.
My question is, I'm now currently living with my aunty/with my cousins, and I have one female cousin, and 2 males making a total of 4 with my aunt included. Now, they want me to pray the evening prayer together, (put in mind, they are my ajnab) and I'm worried that it might be impermissible... So what is the ruling for this? Is this permissible? And if it is, can I lead them as imam? P.s I'd really appreciate if I get an answer quick cause time for iftar is really close

Is it okay if i read the tasbih different times in different sujud or ruku?
let's say in 1 Rakat 2 sujud. Usually, I repeat the tasbih 3 or 5 times on each sujud. So, if in the first sujud I repeated 5 times, in the 2nd one I repeated 3 times accidentally, is it a problem? Do I have to perform Sajda Sahw for that?

Also, when does the sultan enforce the jizya for the non-believer?, to my understanding Muslims cannot attack the ones who pay jizya, so let’s say the mujahideen attack a place, do they just keep collecting captives till the sultan tells them to stop?

Is it permissible from the point of view of Islam to engage in the development and training of neural networks? And is it allowed to use neural networks?
After all, by creating large neural networks (ChatGPT, for example), we create an entity capable of thinking in some sense. At the same time, we are able to make adjustments to the work of neural networks by adding new training data or directly changing the parameters of the neural network itself: topology, weights, activation functions, etc.
It turns out, in my opinion, that we thereby become like the Creator Allah.

Also can i use the claimed Zakat for my personal use?
For example: I am due to pay Zakat of $500. Now if i claim this $500 in my tax return, i will get them reimbursed. Now lets say my total tax refund was $800. Now out of this $800, i know that $500 are the one that i claimed for Zakat. Now if i want to buy something worth $800 for myself, lets say TV or Refrigerator, can i do that?

This question is related to the paper: *The Prophet’s Treaty with the Christians of Najran: An Analytical Study to Determine the Authenticity of the Covenants*, Ahmed El-Wakil , Journal of Islamic Studies (2016) 27 (3): 273-354. (DOI link ) The author writes: "In this paper, source-critical methods are applied to argue that these documents are indeed authentic and can be traced back to the Prophet."
The Treaty of Najran contains a broad range of conditions, one of which is summarized as (referencing Al-Islam ):
> No Christian would ever be forced by the Muslims to become a convert to Islam.
**Question**: Does the Treaty of Najran have any modern-day applicability?
It may be that: (a) the Treaty of Najran is widely considered fabricated (or dubious), like other treaties at the time, and therefore does not have modern-day relevance, or (b) the Treaty of Najran was only applicable at the time of the Prophet. (Or maybe something else entirely is true.)
