If a man is able to meet all these conditions, then can he not have as many wives as he wants to? Why only limit to 4? Why only 4 wives are allowed in Islam?

Scientifically speaking, I believe the cow does not produce the milk in its stomach, unless I'm wrong.

There are artists, some do poor work, some do great work.
And there are the beholders and buyers that praise, enjoy and pay for that work.
And then, there are palgiators, reproducing original artwork or extending it.
Now some *beholders* as I choose to call them will get near ecstasy for some artwork, but will get really disappointed if it turns out it has not been made by their famous artist but by someone else.
I call this idolatry, shirk, as they do not value the work, but the artist.

How do islamic judicial system establishing that the crime of rape happened. Is the crime assumed to have taken place only on the word of mouth of the woman I read that the word of mouth is taken as evidence so is a innocent man hanged because some random woman with a vendetta said that she is raped by this man. If even a vaginal bleeding is taken as evidence in case of virgin woman it is completely possible that evil woman just shove her vagina with something to build a case and have a innocent man hanged. And even if pregnency is taken as evidence what if that child is from his husband and husband and wife collude to have that man hanged. How a man innocent man prove his innocence.and also Can he take Quranic oath as a last resort.will he be accquited.Otherwise I am seeing a innocent man being hanged which is a grave injustice. Please somebody shed light on this I am so confused right now.

Sorry for asking again same question but couldn't get proper clarity regarding his statement.
What does Imam Abu Ya'ala ibn al-Faraa' al-Hanbali mean by saying it is permissible to buy from Ahlul Ahad but not permissible to capture a proper detailed explanation in a simplified manner?
Regarding Ahlul harb it is clear it is permissible to buy and capture them but this Ahlul 'aahad creates confusion due to the word "ولا يجوز سبيهم". Does Imam mean that it is permissible to buy and set free or he mean if Ahlul 'aahad sell them as slaves it is permissible to buy and keep them as slave but capturing and enslavement are prohibited?

Was Maria al-Qibtiyya a slave before giving birth to prophet's son? Prior to Islam there were many sources of slavery but after Islam the only source of slavery is captives captured in war or children of slaves. Maria was neither of them, she was gifted by a king and she belonged to a noble family in that place.
How did she become slave in the first place when she was not obtained in war. Just because a king claimed she was a slaves, will she became a slave for Muslim? Isn't the only source of slavery being captured in war or children of slave?

Please help and assist me because I have accidently eaten gelatin in my ice cube gum candy. Well actully here's what happened...
So a couple of months ago, my brother had brought an ice cube breakers gum candy and me and my freinds loved to eat gum in school so I decided to take it and share with them everyday because I wanted to be nice. I offered it to 4 of my freinds and 3 of them took and said thank you but one of them had warned me something I never forgot. She told me she didn't want it because this type of gum had gelatin inside... I honestly had a bad feeling about this but scince I wasn't for sure and my dad and brother was ok with buying this then I just decided to go along with it and I can't remember exactly why I never checked the ingredients on the back but I'm thinking it's because I was too scared that she would actually be right and I would see gelatin on the back and feel guilty for not listening. So I had assumed I would rather not know than me knowing and then feeling guilty on not listening to her. Now it was a couple of months later and I was researching if Oreo cookies were halal to eat and I had randomly gotten the memory of the gum and her telling me about it, so I decided to check for myself and search it up. Then to my horror it actually did say gelatin and now I am unsure on what to do because I not only ate myself, but I also shared with my freinds and why would I do such a horrible thing when I could have just red the ingredients on the back sooner😓. Now I have already made a Dua apologizing to Allah (SWT) for my evil deed but I wish to feel more sincere about it and I wish for any of you to help me and give me some Dua or repentance suggestions to gain complete forgiveness from Allah (SWT). Any help would be appreciated and may Allah (SWT) bless you all Ameen

In Tajweed, especially in this [YouTube Channel](https://www.youtube.com/@Arabic101) , it is emphasized that some sounds should be lengthened up to 4 seconds.
I am not a linguist, and I am not a historian. Yet I know many languages in different levels (Persian, English, a little French, Quranic Arabic, Kurdi, Turkish), and in none of them, there is this concept of elongation of sounds.
And while I fear Allah and don't want to be a critic, it seems strange to me to think of Arabs contemporary to our Prophet (PBUH) who would speak with sounds that take 4 seconds to pronounce.
This makes me suspicious of the Tajweed rules altogether.
Can someone please explain where this comes from and how we can trust that it's true?
