Can I put my money in the same bank and earn interest on it which is around 100 dollars and then pay it back to same bank in the loan installment which has 600 dollars interest in it?

The place i live involves people selling on the streets, so it is usual for someone to buy when they are in a vehicle and receive and pay for their products. However, when I was on a bus the seller gave me their product and just as I was about to give them the money the bus began moving because we were in the middle of the road. So the seller began running for his money and I quickly reached out to give him but it landed badly on his hand and fell to the ground. I believe it might have fallen into hole in the middle of the road and the driver of the bus had already gone past the road so the seller could no longer run for his money, and there were too many cars for the driver to pause suddenly, nor do I think the driver knew. I felt guilty because it was not my intention for the money to land badly especially since I had already received the product. I do not remember his face or name, nor do I think he remembers mine. Does this count as a debt if I gave him the money but it landed badly and I don’t know if he managed to get it or not? Especially since he gave me the product? My intentions were not bad and it happened very suddenly

Is it allowed to perform Hajj/Umrah, if you got debt to pay?
Someone has a debt to pay but instead of paying it, he/she decided to go for Hajj/Umrah. Is it allowed to perform Hajj or Umrah while having debt? Or is it that only after clearing the debt he/she is allowed to perform Hajj/Umrah.

Does the Hanafi school permit debtors to profit from loans?

Unlike a personal loan, which is typically taken and used in need, business loans are often taken with the express intent of profiting therefrom. Often, a business may choose to go in debt not because it is unable to afford a particular undertaking, rather because the cost and/or risks of taking a loan end up being more profitable than those of reallocating existing assets.
Given that a lender doesn't accept interest on the loan, and under the general principle of "Any loan which brings benefit is *riba*", **is it permissible for the debtor to actually (try to) *profit* from his use of this money while the actual owner of the property gets nothing of it?**
I know that it would be possible to work the transaction such that both parties can share the profit and risk thereof (e.g. *musharakah*); that's not what the question is about. I am only concerned about the situation where the capital is explicitly a *loan*.
I am particularly seeking a Hanafi position on this matter, ideally one in which full evidences are presented.

How do you pay your debts to your parents?
I heard that praying and asking Allah is the best way besides trying your best to give parents what they deserve. They sacrificed everything they had for my future. I miss them a lot. What are some good ayahs or practices I should follow to repay my parents debts?

In this situation, is the debt forgiven ? Can I keep that money or should I donate to charity?

I owe money to a non-muslim. But this person does not remember or does not want to remember how much I owe them after some years. And they say I don't owe them anything. I tried to discuss the issue so I would not pay a substantial larger amount, however this person is playing mind games, making me feel bad for wanting to pay and mixing emotions with the fact that I always said that I would return such money in each occasion I asked for it.
Should I assume that this is a debt pardon? Is there such thing in Islam?
I have two modest options:
- Giving the money anonymously to them (even if it's more than the actually debt, since wasn't noted)
- Assuming the debt is pardoned by them and going forward
I am inclined to the first option, since is what I think it'll make my heart comfortable, and the Quran basically says to pay them and to fear Allah. But maybe the money would be more worth spending in zakat?
Islamic references, if any, on the issue are appreciated.

When i was a kid, about 10 years and didn't know about islam and about debt I was buying something and I didn't have enough money, I needed about 0.50$ so I asked to buy a thing and then I will give that money latter. Couple days ago I was reading something about debt and remembered that. Now since it was very long ago(about 10 years) I don't know if I payed that debt, maybe I am but I'm not sure. Because I came him after that couple years after that and he didn't mention anything. What should I do, does it matters because I was too young, and that guy, I don't know who he is and he's name, probably don't remember that? Money is not problem, but how to find guy now, and is he going to remember? PS. Sorry for bad english, it's not my native language.

My mother lent me £25,000 so I could pay off my remaining mortgage in full. It was agreed that I would pay it back in instalments. Nothing was written down in the form of a contract.
My mortgage is now paid off thanks to my mum helping me out. Unfortunately my mother died shortly after giving me the money.
I have 2 sisters and 1 brother. My father has passed away also. I have no other family in the UK.
What do I do now?
When I say 'lent me £25,000' that means she loaned me that money from her savings. Also, my mother did not leave a will.
I want to do things in an Islamic way. What does Islamic law say I should do next?
Thanks for the response pokhim, I appreciate what the honourable thing to do is, as you say in your answer, but what I actually want to know is what does Sharia law say I should do in this matter?
