Is it essential to recite durood while making dua?
I didn't recite durood Shareef because I forgot, does it mean that my dua is not going to get accepted? I was not praying I was making dua only.

This dua is to be recited after adhaan
> Allahumma rabba hadhihi-d-da’awati-t-tammati wa-s-Salati-l-qa’imati,
> ati Muhammadan il-wasilata wa-l-fadilata (wa-d-darajata-r-rafi’ati)
> wa-b‘ath-hu maqamam mahmudan illadhi wa‘adtahu
Reference : Sahih al-Bukhari 614
But almost everyone adds this extra verse when reciting that is not part of the dua.
> (innaka la tukhliful mi’ad)
I heard that this is an innovation, since it's not part of the dua. Like some say
sadaqallahul azim after reciting Quran.
So is saying **(innaka la tukhliful mi’ad)** with that dua an innovation?

Did Holy Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) order killing of the person who was accused of having relations with Prophet's slave girl?

There is one trashy Islamophobe who cites the following Hadith:-
Anas reported that a person was charged with fornication with the slavegirl of Allah's Messenger (ﷺ). Thereupon Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said to 'Ali:
**Go and strike his neck.** 'Ali came to him and he found him in a well making his body cool. 'Ali said to him: Come out, and as he took hold of his hand and brought him out, he found that his sexual organ had been cut. Hadrat 'Ali refrained from striking his neck. He came to Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) and said: Allah's Messenger, he has not even the sexual organ with him. (Sahih Muslim 2771)
The enemy of Islam has raised many objections against Prophet Muhammad (Sallallahu'alayhiwassalam). Some objections are as under:-
1) Nauzubillah! He is claiming that Prophet Muhammad (Sallallahu'alayhiwassalam) became "jealous" and he ordered the killing of that man.
2) It was a mere accusation that was proven false but still Prophet Muhammad (Sallallahu'alayhiwassalam) ordered Ali (May Allah Grant Peace To Ali) to kill that man without even investigating the incident.
3) That atheist has objected that according to Islam, four witnessess should be present in order to testify that adultery or fornication has taken place, yet we see that Prophet Muhammad (Sallallahu'alayhiwassalam) ordered the killing of that man without any witness ever testifying that fornication or adultery ever took place. According to that Atheist, why did not Prophet Muhammad (Sallallahu'alayhiwassalam) asked for four witness if he himself followed the Quran?
4) He is also claiming that this allegation against that man was raised by Prophet Muhammad (Salllallahu'alayhiwassalam) himslef!
Dear Brothers in Islam, please answer my question, as I am asking this question to defend the honor of Prophet Muhammad (Sallallahu'alayhiwassalam).
May Allah protect us all from such Fitna. Ameen.

Prophet (P.B.U.H) was given the title of Rehmat-ul-Alamin. And generally the word Alamin is used for man, jin, angels and everything else. How does that fit with the theory of existence of any other being on any other planet?

Is there a flaw in the Kalam Cosmological argument?

Why doesn't this argument work for the cosmological argument for atheism?
1.)Anything that exists needs a cause **(Check) ✔**
2.)The Universe needs a cause **(Check)✔** we know that, because the universe is running down, and something that is running down must have started at some point. The second law of thermodynamics states that the universe is running out of usable energy and if you doubt this, look in the mirror you’re aging and running down just like everything else.
3.)So there is a First Cause **(Check)✔**
4.)The First Cause requires a decision to initiate a effect **(Check)✔**
**5.)** The First Cause is an unintelligent impersonal unconsciousness, which has only the ability to decide whether to create the universe or not create the universe spontaneously out of itself, so a Yes and No decision. When **(5.)** means Yes and No, It means that it is impersonal as to a frog which can only decide a limited amount of things, e.g to eat the bug or not eat the bug.**(❓❓❓)**
6.)Therefore Allah does not exist.**(❓❓❓)**
Now why does this argument not work? How should a Muslim respond to this?

**Surat No. 7 Ayat NO. 187
They ask you, [O Muhammad], about the Hour: when is its arrival? Say, "Its knowledge is only with my Lord. None will reveal its time except Him. It lays heavily upon the heavens and the earth. It will not come upon you except unexpectedly." They ask you as if you are familiar with it. Say, "Its knowledge is only with Allah , but most of the people do not know."**
Farooq Tejani, who claims to "know" the date of the Hour as Muharram 01, 1532, says that "but 'most' of the people do not know" means that some people know when the Hour will come. How to respond to him?

I have been living in UK and as per state law, one cannot slaughter animals. Some people send money back to their counties e.g Pakistan. I saw a video of Mufti Menk saying that charity should be given to the country charities in which you reside in.
Some people become really patriotic on this subject as they would rather send money to someone who they trust and can distribute accordingly, then some people also start converting money e.g I give to charity which is doing 50£ for a portion of cow, however one relative told in Pakistan it is xxx amount which converts into 130£ but it is same portion of cow.
Should one give to charity or to siblings in Muslim county who can do the sunnah?

Meaning of the word Al Muhsanat in verse 5:5 according to the Zahiri School
I wonder how Zahiri's interpret the word "Al Muhsanat المحصنات" in the context of surah Al-Ma'idah:5. I found [this][1] on *Al-Muhalla* but I couldn't understand it completely. Both the pages 12 and 13 relavant, I guess, in the link that I shared. [1]: https://shamela.ws/book/767/3762#p1

I have trouble following the Shafi'i madhab concerning what invalidates fasting. According to the madhab one must try to expel mucus and phlegm everytime one feels them in the throat; but only when it's possible. Which means you have to constantly try to get mucus and phlegm out because, like saliva, the build up of phlegm and mucus is a constant mechanism. One won't know whether it's possible or not possible without trying. If one doesn't try then it would risk invalidating the fast. Only when it's not possible will one is excused. I find this undue hardship and it makes fasting an impossibility. I need help because I've been in a state of despair for so long especially considering how many years of Ramadhan were potentially invalidated.

> Jealousy in woman is unpardonable but in man it is a sign of his faith

I fail to comprehend the following thing in regards to *jealousy*:
1. why is it unpardonable for women?
2. conversely, why is it a sign of faith in religion for men?
3. what has 1. and 2. got to do with the permission and prohibition of polygamy and polyandry respectively in Islam?

Regarding the verse 71:16 :
> وَجَعَلَ ٱلْقَمَرَ فِيهِنَّ نُورًا وَجَعَلَ ٱلشَّمْسَ سِرَاجًا
>
> And made the moon therein a [reflected] light and made the sun a
> burning lamp
I saw an Arab atheist claiming that the meaning of the Arabic word nur is not "reflected light"; its meaning is just "light".
If its meaning is " reflected light" there is no problem, but if its meaning renders " light" there is a problem because then the above verse will be considered a scientific error.
Could you please provide the proper meaning of nur according to authentic references?
