When it comes to these two ahadeeth from the prophet (sws):
> "Verily, the worst transgressors to Allah are those who kill in the sacred mosque, those who kill whoever did not fight him, or those who kill with the vindictiveness of ignorance."
Source : Musnad Ahmad 6681
> "Verily, the most tyrannical of people to Allah Almighty is one who kills those who did not fight him, or he demands the blood feuds of ignorance be settled by the people of Islam, or he claims his eyes have seen in a dream what they did not see.”
Source : Musnad Ahmad 16376
Did the prophet say that in a context of a hudna between Muslims and kuffaar (or any other peace treaty that protects kuffaar's blood and wealth)?
Or was he talking exclusively about the Muslims (whose blood and wealth are protected if they do not fight other Muslims)?
Or was he talking about the kuffaar who are not capable of fighting (women, children, the blind, old ones and monks)?
Or was he talking about all people who are non-combatants (including adult males among the kuffaar when there's no peace treaty)?

Assalam o alaikum. I have an elder sister and her behaviour is extremely rude towards me despite the best of my efforts. The thing usually starts when I request her to talk in a slow voice and modest manner because the neighbours can hear her. But, she never cares what I say and then starts using bad words. A few days ago, she even said that I can swear upon this that I extremely hate you. She also said that I only use you when I want to get some favour from you. Apart from this, you're nothing for me.
Till date, I have tried my best to keep my relation intact with her but I can't bear now. This has become a daily routine. I have decided to stop talking with her so that she can realize.
Kindly guide on this matter

There is statement which is famous among people and in English books related to Biography of Umar رضي الله عنه. It is stated that
> Umar رضي الله عنه during his caliphate forbade the enslavement of Arab (whether they are
> Muslims or Non-Muslims] and even order to Free any Arab Slaves along
> slaves who captured during Riddah Wars of Abu Bakr رضي الله عنه.
But I haven't come across any scholars' texts mentioning this. Many point towards **"Shurut al-Umariyyah (شروط العمرية)"** but I have found only شرح of it and even those شرح doesn't mention what is being claimed.
So what is authenticity of claim being made regarding Umar رضي الله عنه order on enslavement of Arabs?

I live in a non muslim country, and recently I started working for a 'tree planting' company. So they import the quarter of their trees from foreign countries but gets the rest illegally from mountains, but the tree is not considered rare or about to be extinct, it's just illegal to take trees from mountains. Islamicly it is a good deed to plant a tree and it's also halal to get trees from mountains but since it is illegal in my country,is my income haram or am I just sinfull for doing illegal stuff?

I have been praying and reading the Quran but I’m worried that I might be a hypocrite. I found out what that means a while ago and how bad the punishments are, and I’m scared because I fit some of its description.
Even though I pray and see myself as a Muslim, I also do a lot of bad things.
For example, I sometimes lie, get upset at my parents, talk to non-Muslim guys, and look at things online that I shouldn’t be looking at. Sometimes I get lazy to pray and do it in a hurry. I pray alone and ask for forgiveness for my sins everyday, but I know that I’ll keep doing it anyways. I feel bad and I do want to be a good Muslim, not for others but for myself and for Allah. But I’m scared now.
**Am I a hypocrite or am I just like any other Muslim who commits a sin?**

'Abdallah ibn 'Abbas reported that the Prophet, peace be upon him, prayed to Allah, "My Lord, help me and do not turn against me. Grant me victory, and do not grant victory over me. Plan on my behalf and do not plan against me. Guide me, and make the guidance easy for me. Grant me victory over those who act wrongfully toward me. O Allah, make me grateful to You, mindful of You, in awe of You, devoted to your obedience, humble, penitent, and ever turning to You in repentance. My Lord, accept my repentance, wash away my sins, answer my supplication, clearly establish my evidence, guide my heart, make my tongue true, and draw out malice from my breast."

My father was sexually abusive for 7 years and I didn’t even understand as he started when I was ten. I cut him off two years ago and my life has gone really horrible.
These tests are not bringing me closer to Allah they are making me loose faith and think about suicide a lot.
After brainstorming it’s the only wrong thing I think I could have done to make this test drive me away from Allah.
I don’t smoke or drink, I avoid lieing as much as I can and try to be a good person but everything just keeps getting worse. Every thing I beg Allah for hardly ever materialize yet everyone around me seems to be getting those things with ease too.

>that he heard the Prophet (ﷺ) saying, "From among my followers there will be some people who will consider illegal sexual intercourse, the wearing of silk, the drinking of alcoholic drinks and the use of **musical instruments, as lawful**. And there will be some people who will stay near the side of a mountain and in the evening their shepherd will come to them with their sheep and ask them for something, but they will say to him, 'Return to us tomorrow.' Allah will destroy them during the night and will let the mountain fall on them, and He will transform the rest of them into monkeys and pigs and they will remain so till the Day of Resurrection.
This hadith controdicts this one :
>That once Abu Bakr came to her on the day of Id-ul-Fitr or Id ul Adha while the Prophet (ﷺ) was with her and there were two girl singers with her, singing songs of the Ansar about the day of Buath. Abu Bakr said twice. "Musical instrument of Satan!" But the Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Leave them Abu Bakr, for every nation has an Id (i.e. festival) and this day is our Id."

In one hadith prophet Muhammad(PBUH) is saying, "*Leave them Abu Bakr, for every nation has an Id (i.e. festival) and this day is our Id."*, means that he had no problem with music. But in the first hadith he is saying that music is illegal.

In another narration of the famous hadith of first khula case says that The companion thabet ibn qais broke his wife's arm is that authentic? because in the other hadith in bukhari it seems like she praises him look at the difference:
Narrated Ibn `Abbas:
The wife of Thabit bin Qais came to the Prophet (ﷺ) and said, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! **I do not blame Thabit for defects in his character or his religion**, but I, being a Muslim, dislike to behave in un-Islamic manner (if I remain with him)." On that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said (to her), "Will you give back the garden which your husband has given you (as Mahr)?" She said, "Yes." Then the Prophet (ﷺ) said to Thabit, "O Thabit! Accept your garden, and divorce her once."
Sunan Abi Dawud 2228
Narrated Aisha, Ummul Mu'minin:
Habibah daughter of Sahl was the wife of Thabit ibn Qays Shimmas He beat her and **broke some of her part**. So she came to the Prophet (ﷺ) after morning, and complained to him against her husband. The Prophet (ﷺ) called on Thabit ibn Qays and said (to him): Take a part of her property and separate yourself from her. He asked: Is that right, Messenger of Allah? He said: Yes. He said: I have given her two gardens of mine as a dower, and they are already in her possession. The Prophet (ﷺ) said: Take them and separate yourself from her.

I’ve seen some people claim that the Quran says that Christians believe that Jesus is the literal son of god, those people then claim that they don’t believe that he’s the literal son of god, rather that that’s a title and not to be taken literally. Why Islam claims women are deficient in religion and intelligence? When in reality they are not
There are several hadiths which claims women are inferior in intelligence to that of men. for example: > Narrated Abu Said Al-Khudri: > > Once Allah's Apostle went out to the Musalla (to offer the prayer) o > 'Id-al-Adha or Al-Fitr prayer. There are several hadiths which claims women are inferior in intelligence to that of men. for example:
> Narrated Abu Said Al-Khudri:
>
> Once Allah's Apostle went out to the Musalla (to offer the prayer) o
> 'Id-al-Adha or Al-Fitr prayer. Then he passed by the women and said,
> "O women! Give alms, as I have seen that the majority of the dwellers
> of Hell-fire were you (women)." They asked, "Why is it so, O Allah's
> Apostle ?" He replied, "You curse frequently and are ungrateful to
> your husbands. I have not seen anyone more deficient in intelligence
> and religion than you. A cautious sensible man could be led astray by
> some of you." The women asked, "O Allah's Apostle! What is deficient
> in our intelligence and religion?" He said, "Is not the evidence of

> Isn't it true that a woman can neither pray nor fast during her
> menses?" The women replied in the affirmative. He said, "This is the

> Sahih Bukhari 1:6:301
In another hadith:
> Narrated Abu Said Al-Khudri
>
> On 'Id ul Fitr or 'Id ul Adha Allah's Apostle (p.b.u.h) went out to
> the Musalla. After finishing the prayer, he delivered the sermon and

Similarly,

I know in pre Islamic Arabia women were deprived of basic needs such as education and other affairs that might have otherwise developed their critical thinking abilities and intelligence and might have made them equally intelligent like men. The same could also be true for even today's world when a woman goes through menstrual cycles, pregnancy etc which could have a negative impact on her brain.
However, to render them lesser in religion simply because they cannot pray or fast during menstruation seems unjust.
The reasons are simple:
They could have been allowed to pray or fast even while menstruating, They did not vote to be pardoned from praying during that period of time. They had no choice in it and this decision was narrated to them by Muhammad pbuh who is not a woman.
Similarly, they also did not choose to get periods, they simply inherited it as part of their gender and they are paying the price.
Does this mean that a woman doing every 'good deed' she is able to do, and a man doing every 'good deed' they are able to, will result in the man receiving a higher reward from Allah because he was able to do more religious deeds because of no restrictions and the female was able to do less religious deeds because of restrictions put forth upon her beyond her privilege to control?
I know I could be wrong, Please explain why and how.
