How to repent from lying? Do I need to confess to others that I have told a lie?
As everyone knows, lying is one of the great and major sins. Let's say, at some point, a person lied a small lie. How can he repent? Does he need to tell whom he lied to the truth? Or is it enough to do istighfar (repent)?

how to repent from a Lie
before I started to become a practicing muslim I lied to my friends and told them I wasn’t a virgin because I feared they would look of me as less than them if I was the only virgin one, how do I repent from this lie do I have to confess and tell them it was a lie or can I just repent to allah?

I'm 15 years old (about to be 16 in a month) and I want to make money online as I don't have time for an actual job during the school year. The problem is websites always want workers at least 18 years old. Is it haram to fake my age to be able to work online? If I do fake my age will the money earned not be halal?
The work I intend to do online is simply transcribing audio, adding captions to videos, taking part in surveys and simple freelance work.

I lied about my father being abusive when I was younger. How can I repent?

Salaam. When I was in high school I used to cut myself for dumb reasons (sympathy? attention?) and I would tell friends that my father was the one who had done it and they thought he was abusive. It's been close to 10 years since then, and I'm extremely ashamed of what I did as my father is a great man. Islamically, what do I have to do to be able to right this wrong other than making dua? Is it required for me to find/reach out to people in high school to tell them I had been lying about my father? Is this something I need to tell my father I did awhile back?

Asalamualaykum this is a question regarding about oaths. If you make an oath saying you won't lie then don't fulfill it and for example let's say you lied a lot do you have to expiate each of the lies you made or you saying you wont lie anymore?

During the time of filling the application form somebody told me it's just a petty case already closed so no need to mention. So I did it.

I have with the help of a freight forwarder (agent) purchased products from China. As i live i the EU i have to pay taxes and duties for the products. Before shipping the products you have to declare the amount you want for your product. The government wants that i declare the total value of the product and shipping and insurance all included.
I have asked my agent to declare the value as they know more than me. However they can be committing a Fraud or lying of the declared amount.
Am I helping them in sin as i have used the freight forwarder and is this haram?
Or better that i avoid this. Or is it not haram.
Apreciate any help.

Is making tawbah sufficient for lying when swearing on the Quran?
I swore on the Quran while lying and I'm very regretful of my sin, very. I can not fast 3 days or feed 10 people. Or pay the fee of committing this sin (reasons). I made tawbah and prayed and made more tawbah. Am I still forgiven?

The friend group I am part of is full of non-muslims boys/girls and they regularly hangout.
I usually make excuses (such as I am busy with other things) and in rare cases lying to avoid hanging out. Is this permisable?
I have been friends with them for a very long time (5 - 8 years), I'm hoping that eventually they will stop inviting me

My First question: i am seeking the help of my senior and brothers today concerning gathering to recite the full Quran whereby anyone will be reading a Juz or two.
I recently heard that is somehow an inovation (bida'a) so i have been thinking about a lot because i do give myself to such event that we hold every
friday morning and when one of us is in need of help, so i went online to make some researches concerning this topic and i almost all the islamic platforms
i've visited say that the way we've been doing it is an inivation in a way. So i have this strong doubt about it since then and i couldn't ask my imam because
we practice it at his house and most of the imam and big sheikhs in our erea practice it so my only solution was the internet and i'm still learning arabic
i have not reach a level where i will start learning the hadiths and the Fiqr.
My second question is since i am having a strong doubt i wanted to come up with lie so that i could escape in the participation of such event...
PLEASE I AM A BTROTHER IS DISTRESS, I WOULD SERIOUSLY BE GLAD TO HEAR FROM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
