Our college made a policy recently which can be summed up like this: you have to sign a paper that says that you will be dropped out without questions if you are not free from LGBT. This is total restriction over LGBT, not LGBT sexual acts on campus or something like that. If found out (before or after graduation) the college administration will lawfully kick you out or revoke you. It shocked LGBT communities in my country because there was no such policy required before.
The majority of my friends are under the assumption that it is a Muslim mission to prevent LGBT spreading given the opportunities (even by prohibiting their education). I don't know either. I don't even know if this question will be black and white amongst Muslims. Being an atheist, I solemnly believe that being LGBT should not be a reason for someone not getting an education.
Our state's constitution embeds the right of education to people, not be seen for what they are. But it gets tricky when our college can have a policy on their own regarding this case.
Is it lawful (in Islamic practices) for Muslims to prohibit LGBT people from getting an education? Does Islam has specific laws about this? If it is not, are Muslims required to do this?

A query in similar to a question posted on this site (https://islam.stackexchange.com/questions/1320/is-interest-based-educational-loan-allowed ) (this may seem like a similar question, but from a clear angle).
>Allah says: “Those who devour interest will not stand except as stands one whom Satan has driven mad by his touch.” [Sûrah al-Baqarah: 275]
>
>Allah says about one who engages in interest that he should: “take notice of war from Allah and His Messenger.” [Sûrah al-Baqarah: 279]
>
>Paying interest is sinful, just like receiving interest is sinful. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: “Allah curses the one who consumes interest, the one who pays it, the one who draws up the contract, and the witnesses to the contract, then he said they are same (in sinfulness) ” [Sahîh Muslim]
>
>"O you who believe! Be afraid of Allah and give up what remains due to you from riba, if you are really believers. And if you do not do it, then take a notice of war from Allah and His Messenger." [2:277-278]
>
>"The Messenger of Allah, Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam, has cursed, 'The one who takes riba, the one who writes it and the one who witnesses it,' and he said, They are equal (in sin)'." (Muslim)
>
>"Riba has seventy three gates, the least of them is like a man who fornicates with his mother. And verily, the worst of riba is the Muslim's honor." (al-Hakim) And he also said, "A dirham that a man spends knowing he gained it from riba is worse than thirty six instances of fornication."
Brothers, I understand the sins gained from accepted deals which interest is a part of, Allah SWT has commanded us to seek knowledge. We can do so by completing education, to complete education in a Western country like the UK, a degree will cost a minimum of £40000 in total excluding living cost.
Now a person might think to earn such an amount of money by working (a job without a degree will have an annual salary of (£9000)). This is a pure annual salary, but that does not mean that such a salary will remain as it is by the end of each year as a person has commitments to rent, food, family, etc. Therefore, if a person is to plan on saving for a degree it will take around five years or more (if it's possible but highly doubtful). Now there are organisations which provide students with educational loans in order to complete their studies, but these loans can have an interest rate set to them.
Islamic banks or normal banks don't give such huge loans to even consider interest free, especially that students don't have stable earnings and low credit scores!
Now this interest is for me to repay. It is not provided with the initial payments made to me, so I am not benefiting from the interest at all, but I do benefit from the loan (to pay university fees)
Now as you seen in my explanation that taking such a loan is life essential to success and have stable earnings to support a family and life expenses, so would I be committing a sin by accepting such a loan as I am not benefiting from the interest at all?
> From Abu Hurayrah : The Prophet, , said: "There will certainly come a time for mankind when everyone will take riba and if he does not do so, its dust will reach him." (Abu Dawud, Kitab al-Buyu', Bab fi ijtinabi al-shubuhat; also in Ibn Majah)
Alhamdullah, I believe in god and his messenger, but I know Islam is not a hard religion (for the believers) and there can be exception in some situations within life!
Also If a person takes an interest based loan for a start-up business and then repays that loan, does that mean that all of his profits are related to interest as if they didn't take the loan they may not have had this business to begin with?
Brother and sisters, please explain in detail if I am in the wrong here!

What does Islam offer to protect a child of a haram relationship?
Islam is against zina and condemns it and has rulings on punishing people who commit it like the punishment by stoning for married adulterers (on which at least all earlier scholars sunni's shi'a and ibadi's seem to agree) and we accept [the hadith][1] of the Ghamidi woman (الغامدية) whom has commit...
Islam is against zina and condemns it and has rulings on punishing people who commit it like the punishment by stoning for married adulterers (on which at least all earlier scholars sunni's shi'a and ibadi's seem to agree) and we accept the hadith of the Ghamidi woman (الغامدية) whom has committed adultery during the time of the Prophet() whom's punishment was delayed until she gave birth and breast fed her child etc. (see also in sunan abi Dawod , an-Nasa'i and sahih Muslim ).
I've not come across so far to any hadith explaining or presenting the future life of an offspring of such a relationship no matter if the parents have been punished by lashes or stoning.
Therefore I'd like to know what the Islamic shari'a offers to protect a child of a haram relationship, such as it won't be treated badly or pointed at as a child of zina (negative attribute) in the community?
*It would be great if the possibilities of punishment of the parents were addressed (for example stoned, punished by lashes, both, one)...*

**There is a Netflix documentary explaining the “female orgasm” better in depth but I don't know if it would fall under Zina.** Please do help me may Allah set help all of us and keep us safe ameen.

I am here to ask whether it is permissable to watch porn for an educational purpose.
Me and my wife have done this 1 time before, and it has shown to help a little bit with the fantasising part of sex. My wife is extremely bold and likes to try new things, and she loves indulging in sex. Please help with this.
I also have some other questions
Is it haraam for a woman to be dominant in sex. My wife loves to dominate me and takes the lead. Also, Do I have to have sex until my wife climaxes? Men climax faster, and we often get tired after doing so.
Lastly, this question has elements from my first question. In schools in the UK as part of a subject named PSHE kids (age 10 (year 5) to ages 16 ( year 11)). Many parents struggle to teach children about sex in Islam, and Madrasahs do not feel comfort in doing so. Schools and what many people resort to, porn, and the only way young ones learn about sex and the beauty of it. So, is it permissible to watch such sexual videos such as a woman giving birth or a animation of sex to teach small children about sex?

Getting an education is considered a fundamental right of every man and woman and it is a virtue to get educated. But if we talk about coeducation in the context of below hadith and ayah of the Holy Qur'an it may cause harm.
The importance of haya (modesty) can be found in this Sahih hadith:
>*Sahih Al-Bukhari Volume 8::Book 73::Hadith 138:*
>

>**Narrated Abu As-Sawar Al-Adawi:**
>'Imran bin Husain said, "The Prophet said, 'Haya' does not bring anything except good." Thereupon Bashir bin Ka'b said, 'It is written in the wisdom paper: Haya leads to solemnity; Haya leads to tranquility (peace of mind)." 'Imran said to him, "I am narrating to you the saying of Allah's Apostle and you are speaking about your paper (wisdom book)?"
and in the Qur'an too:
>*An-Nūr (Aayaah 30 - 31)*
>

And let them not stamp their feet to make known what they conceal of their adornment. And turn to Allah in repentance, all of you, O believers, that you might succeed.

Students from economically backward communities who opt for higher studies generally depend on educational loans, which are offered with interest, either by banks, developmental organisations, or by government, if they don't get a scholarship high enough to meet their needs.
I support the idea of doing a small job first, earn the required amount and then going further in studies. But, this would take more than a single year to earn even a single year's fee.
Not all students are bold enough to ask for zakaat, and even if they are bold enough, they may not get the suitable sources.
In such scenarios where a student has no financial sources but the interest-based education loan, should a student abandon his studies?

I love reading fiction books as entertainment. Unlike others, I tend to avoid watching TV, and instead read books which have numerous educational benefits. I read a variety of fiction novels, but I tend to sway towards romance books sometimes. I just wondered if it is fine to read such books. It's not as if I act upon these books at all in reality, I just like reading about them and following the plot storylines.
So, my question is: Is it permissible to read romance books?

ASSALAM U ALAIKUM!
Before 2 or 3 years when I was very young and didn't know programming and wanted to learn it so I told my Uncle and he pirated me some courses from which I learned and now I am getting real money from my hard work and projects but now I know that piracy is HARAM should I discontinue using the language(C#) and just learn another and spend other 2 - 3 years to get back to where I am now or something...
by the way I was 13 or 14 at the time. Now I mostly avoid pirating since I know it's HARAM but can I use my education or not?
**EIDT**
Not everything I learned is from pirated, it's like a mix of both. Out of all the courses he downloaded I only learnt from 2 and all the rest from youtube, pluralsight etc...
even the basics like if you can argue that the basics were from pirated so before C# I learned JAVA which is someone know are very similar so even the basics I learned from JAVA were also carried on to C#.
If I have to spend another 2 to 3 years learning other language it's okay, at least I'll know my income for my projects would be HALAL. :)
but I just need to be sure before I reinvent the wheel.
**EDIT 2**
I know that piracy is haram and I've switched to using non pirated courses now but I want to know what is done is forgiven or I should forget all that what I've got from those pirated content
