The fact that these types of questions arise is not necessarily due to there being no god, but that you are thinking of god in the wrong way. If you were to think of god as infinite and pervading everything then god cannot change anything because that which includes all cannot change. There is nothing to change into since that would mean that he is currently not something that he could change into. This leads to the concept of non-duality and the idea that the underlying reality has no separation within it. You can't call it a 'oneness' because one implies two. It is neither. Consequently, the idea of mathematics or logic becomes irrelevant at the deepest level of reality. The universe simply is now. Assalamu alaikum.Bangladesh is a democratic country.Here are some law in constitution which are given below- 1.Subject to law, public order and morality (a) Every citizen has the right to adopt, practice or propagate any religion; (b) Every religious community and sub-community has the right to establish, maintain and manage its own religious institutions. 2.Any person who has a "willful" or "malicious" intention to "hurt religious sentiments" will be punished with imprisonment. Are these law considered as shirk? My another question : is it shirk giving safety to non muslim's place of worship for keeping communal harmony?    

Can we take rulings from a scholar who is usually aligned with the sunnah and has proven his knowledge by consistantly providing reference from Holy Quran and hadith correctly but has the habit of making dua after fard prayers and saying ameen loudly(Almost all imam in my country do this)? Does this make him Ahlul bidah and are all his fatwas regarding other matters become invalid and unacceptable?

What does Islam say about crossdressing? I know that majority of the crossdressers aren't gay, and usually have normal families. They act feminine usually in privacy, and not in public, for fun. Is it haram if we buy these type of clothing from crossdressing shops online and do it in privacy? And no, I don't want to be one. I'm just asking about it.

In 22:47 quran says a day of allah is a thousand man years. Does this mean allah experiences time and is part of creation ? Time is a part of the universe and cannot exist without it.

Salam, The title sums up 70% of the question. The scenario is, say a woman refuses to wear hijab because she does not want to wear it(she dresses modestly for the rest of clothing), that is there is no health hazard or other problems. Her husband talks to her, tries to change her mind in all possible ways but she is bent on not wearing it. In such a scenario will the husband accountable for wife's sin? Is it permissible to marry a woman who does not wear hijab? If such a case occurs after marriage should the husband divorce his wife? I have done some research but I want a comprehensive, well sourced and compiled opinion from more knowledgeable persons on here. Thank you

Asalamu-alaikum, I feel embarrassed and guilty for asking this question but Allah Almighty knows what is in my heart.. I started praying very recently, I'm 23 years old. I got inspired by my father who was making big mistakes in his life and Alhamdulillah he is now a man of God and started praying more, which inspired me to do the same. I am not perfect with my prayers, but I do try. Last night was the first time in my life to offer Qiyam Al-Layl, and I also fasted today since it's Thursday. After maghrib, I got into a huge fight with my mother and I went crazy almost as if shaytaan entered my body. I was angry, full of hate, pain, and could not control my actions. It is the first time I have ever done such a thing. To be fair, my mother has been causing me much pain over the years. It is not her intention to do so, but I pray Allah gives her guidance. It is fair to say it has been anger built up over the years. However, today has severely damaged our relationship. Why is it when I strive to be a better Muslim, it's harder for me to continue? I cannot pray Isha because I am afraid. Astaghfurallah. Every time I pray, I get a very bad outcome almost immediately. Please brothers and sisters, offer me guidance. I don't want to lose faith. When I visit https://sunnah.com/ , I see a list of various hadith books that contains the sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad. My question is how are these books different from each other? As per my research on the books on this website, Sahih-al-Bukhari is the oldest one compiled around 846 CE and was closest to the timeline of the Prophet Muhammad. So as per my understanding, this should be the accurate one and most trustworthy. Please correct me if I am wrong. Is it like some of these books contain hadith that are not part of any other books? Or does all the books contain the same hadith? Please clarify!

I am looking for some of the ahadiths quoted by Mustadrak al-Hakim and are found in both muslim and bukhari or in one of them.

Many muslims are read the Book of Ahaadith in the List of "Sihah Sittah" (The authentic six books of Ahaadith). I want to mention the names of Sihah Sittah which are as following: 1. Sahih Bukhari 2. Sahih Muslim 3. Sunan Nisaai 4. Sunan Abu Dawood 5. Sunan Ibne Majah 6. Jamia Tirmizi There is not mention the book name Musnad Ahmed which was written by Imam Ahmed bin Hanbal. Most Muslims also read and concern the Ahaadith from Masnad Ahmed. How we can prove that the Musnad Ahmed is a book of Sahih Ahaadith, if it is not a book of Sahih Ahaadith then why Muslims read and concern the Ahaadith from this book?

I understand our life here is a test, but I don't understand how it's going to be fair for everyone. I will tell you a real-life situation: Tom and tim are twin brothers. Both of them lived a bad life by doing murder theft and all the evil activities until they reach 25 years old and tom died in an accident. I assume by the evil he did in his life he is going to be in hell. Now after tom died tim becomes Muslim and his life is changed. He prayed for mercy and only did good until he died later at the age of 60. So here how their test going to be fair. If somehow tim is going to heaven I am sure tom is going to complain. I know Allah knows what's best and if he lived long what it's going to be, but still he deserve a chance that tim had to be a fair test.

I am working on a web project in which there are multiple stores and basically we provide a feature that it gives you the best products according to the prices. For example if there is a same product in different stores than you can easily compare the prices across the stores and can find one with lower price or the one that suits you. It also has an AI feature that tells you about it. Now my point of concern is that these stores also include alcoholic products, and there is a different category for it. But the main purpose of our application is not selling alcohol but to give products based on the prices. So, I just want to clarify if it is permissible or not? Or if my earnings will be halal?

Recently I watched a film called the wishmaster, somewhere in the film it mentions a 'zoroastrian deity' named Ahura Mazda which was claimed to be the 'god of wisdom, harmony and intelligence'. I did some research upon knowing that Mazda is a car manufacturer and the name Mazda itself means 'God of harmony wisdom and intelligence' however Mazda was previously named Toyo Kogyo ltd so this raised some confusion because there name was entirely different to what it is now. My issue is and perhaps this may have an obvious answer, but my question is knowing the history behind Mazda and why (Mazda the car manufacturer) chose to name their brand that specifically, is it permissible to purchase a Mazda vehicle?

I'm interested in marriage with a Christian woman who was baptized as a Catholic at birth and lives in a Christian nation in a conservative/ religious region. She's officially registered as a member of the Church in this country and she and her parents pay the Church tax. However, they do not go to Church on Sundays and she is not fully convinced about the existence of a God. Besides this, she is chaste and has had no previous sexual partners. Would this marriage be permissible for me?

I have heard that its prohibited to hurt women, children and those who are not fighting you, during wars. But we still hear that women were taken as slaves during war, and they were distributed as part of booty. How is that possible ?
