As-salamu alaykum, the title says itself but I want to clarify what I mean by this. I wanted to buy myself a drawing tablet and since our friends like to do roleplaying, mostly Dungeons and Dragons roleplay. They drew how their characters looked for that session. So I was thinking about it, but drawing animate beings is haram. And I have been searching on this on the internet and from my view I got mixed results. Some say its permissible, some say its not, some say its permissible under these circumstances (avoiding to draw the face, eyes, nose etc.). So I came here to ask: Is digital drawing characters, for the purposes of this roleplay permissible or not?

I want to know that it's said that Yaajooj and Maajooj live behind a really tall and strong wall (made by hazrat zulqurnain ). but if it's so then it means that they are cut off from rest of the world and can't be contacted. So no one is able to tell them about hidayat and Islam.. and they won't be able to accept Islam. Still it's their mistake?
They don't know anything about Islam.. or is there any way for Allah to preach hidayat.
Please clear my mind.

Ibn Hazm on the permissibility of seeing women naked for marriage purposes
It is discussed in the entries like: [When proposing / before agreeing to marry a woman, how much can a man look at her (body)?][1] [What if a husband is displeased with his new wife's body after getting married?][2] [1]: https://islam.stackexchange.com/questions/39529/when-proposing-before-agreeing...
It is discussed in the entries like: When proposing / before agreeing to marry a woman, how much can a man look at her (body)? What if a husband is displeased with his new wife's body after getting married? Could someone give a page number from Al-Muhalla about where Ibn Hazm mentions "suitor can see the entire naked body of the woman for marriage purposes"? I would appreciate a link from Shamela.ws. As I understand Ibn Hazm uses the hadith > إذا خطب أحدكم المرأة، فإن استطاع أن ينظر إلى ما يدعوه إلى نكاحها > فليفعل (If one of you proposes to a woman and is able to look at > what will encourage him to marry her, let him do so.) to derive his ruling. Am I correct?

If Allah forgives all sin, why should I do any good deeds?

I am asking this question not from a personal point of view, but more philosophically. I often come across Muslims who are openly committing every type of sin, and they justify it by saying, "only god can judge me and god will forgive me." I know god is the most merciful and forgiving, however, this seems unfair to those muslims who strive to do good and be good in their lives. I understand that between sins committed against other humans cannot be forgiven by God, and I am not referring to those. I mean sins such as alcohol, zina, shirk, etc. If all we have to do is repent and god will forgive, does this really mean we can live a life full of all sorts of sins, and repent shortly before death, and all will be forgiven ? What is then the incentive to live piously ?

What are the clear proofs from the Islamic corpus that the crucifixion or the death of Jesus never took place?

In the Quran there seems to be only one verse i.e.4:157, that denies the crucifixion of Jesus. Even in that verse the denial is about what some Jews had claimed. Even though there are hundreds of thousands of hadiths, none seems to deny categorically what the News Testament teaches about Jesus' crucifixion, death and resurrection. Crucifixion, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ are so central and widespread among various Christian sects early on, including in the seventh century Arabia. Is there any clear evidence that denies the crucifixion, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ in the Islamic texts, both in the Quran and Hadiths?

I do realize this question has been asked before here: https://islam.stackexchange.com/questions/32860/why-does-allah-create-someone-whose-fate-is-hell Yet I feel I should ask again and maybe in a bit of a different manner as I don't believe the answers on that post were adequate. I'm wondering from an Islamic perspective, if Allah knew that some people will end up in hell, why go through with the creation anyway? What purpose does that serve for Allah? Note: Some people seem to be confused and don't understand my question and they think I'm not understanding the purpose of hellfire and that it is to punish people who do wrong, when in fact all I'm asking is about the creation of those who will end up in hellfire. Please don't resort to explanations for why hell was created or why people go to hell, etc. This doesn't answer the question being asked.

Is it permitted to pray in state of Janabah, if time will run out in doing ghusl?

I want to ask, If a person wakes up at home from his regular night sleep in a state of Janabah and his condition (after he wakes up) is that: 1) he is not deprived of water at his home. 2) he has not yet taken a bath (in a state of Janabah) 3) He is also has not done the Fajr prayer (Subuh). 4) He wakes up at 5 minutes (or less) before sunrise. What should he do in this case, should he take a bath first and risk missing / skipping the Subuh prayer by bypassing its time limit (sunrise)? (because taking a bath in a state of Janabah will surely take longer than normal bath, presumably more that 10 minutes) Or should he just take a regular wudu right after he wakes up and attempt to do the Subuh prayer without taking a bath (praying in a state of Janabah)? Thus making it possible for him to start the Subuh prayer within its time limit. Which one? Regards

I am an education consultant. I make admissions of students in the colleges of their choices and charge them money of which all the money goes to the concerned college and I get only a small amount.some colleges take direct admission and some conduct examinations to short list the students. If a student is weak and cannot pass the examination then I make some other intelligent student give the examination on behalf of the weak student and after getting the result the weak student gets admission into the college. For this process, I charge the weak student money of which a greater part goes to the college and the intelligent student and I get only a small amount. Is this money haram for me? This process takes place with the knowledge and consent of the weak student,his/her parents, the intelligent student and sometimes the college concerned. but the colleges are not informed always due to security reasons. Is my earning in this process haram? please help me.

I found the following evidence: > - A lady came to Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) and said, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! I have come to you to offer myself to you." He raised his eyes and looked at her and then lowered his head. ... (Sahih al-Bukhari) > > - I was in the company of Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) when there came a man and informed him that he had contracted to marry a woman of the Ansar. Thereupon Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said: Did you cast a glance at her? He said: No. He said: Go and cast a glance at her, for there is something in the eyes of the Ansar. (Sahih Muslim) > > - When one of you asked a woman in marriage, if he is able to look at what will induce him to marry her, he should do so. He (Jabir) said: I asked a girl in marriage, I used to look at her secretly, until I looked at what induced me to marry her. I, therefore, married her. (Sunan abi Dawod) ...'When Allah causes a man to propose to a woman, there is nothing wrong with him looking at her.' (Sunan ibn Majah) This stresses the importance of a man looking at the shape of his future wife's body to avoid any problems after marriage. How much of her body can he see? Hair? Arms and Legs? In tight clothing? Naked? Question: What parts of the body is a man allowed to see when deciding whether to marry the woman or not?

Reading the Quran, one thing I have noticed is that Jesus is the only person (I have noticed so far) given the title "son of *mother's name*". The disciples , the Jews & the angel Gabriel all calling him "son of Mary". > Quran 5:112 [And remember] when the **disciples said**, "O Jesus, > **Son of Mary**, can your Lord send down to us a table [spread with food] from the heaven? [Jesus] said," Fear Allah, if you should be > believers." > > Quran 4:157 And [for] **their saying**, "Indeed, we have killed > the Messiah, Jesus, **the son of Mary**, the messenger of Allah ." And > they did not kill him, nor did they crucify him; but [another] was > made to resemble him to them. And indeed, those who differ over it are > in doubt about it. They have no knowledge of it except the following > of assumption. And they did not kill him, for certain. > > Quran 3:45 [And mention] when the **angels said**, "O Mary, > indeed Allah gives you good tidings of a word from Him, whose name > will be the Messiah, Jesus, **the son of Mary** - distinguished in > this world and the Hereafter and among those brought near [to Allah ]. I'm struggling to find out why the disciples would find the need to call him the son of Mary, wouldn't this be very obvious to Jesus? According to the information I know about Islam so far, it is the orthodox belief among Muslims that this was 100% genuinely what the disciples said , like a written tape recorder (in their own language). It is also the orthodox belief that Jesus never said he was anything other than a servant of God, and certainly never claimed to be the son of God. So logically his followers would never had thought of him to be anything other than a servant of God. It is also the orthodox belief that the Quran is not a product of Muhammad but a product of God. But the attitude I (and many others) are getting is that the author of the Quran is making a theological point, emphasising him being born of an earthly mother, in order to deny his divinity as the son of God. This obviously being completely against the teaching of the Quran (because Jesus never gave such an impression to the disciples). The question being again, what was the need of his closest friends, the angel Gabriel & the Jews calling him the son of Mary?

They can be a test for the society, parents etc.
