It is discussed in the entries like: When proposing / before agreeing to marry a woman, how much can a man look at her (body)? What if a husband is displeased with his new wife's body after getting married? Could someone give a page number from Al-Muhalla about where Ibn Hazm mentions "suitor can see the entire naked body of the woman for marriage purposes"? I would appreciate a link from Shamela.ws. As I understand Ibn Hazm uses the hadith > إذا خطب أحدكم المرأة، فإن استطاع أن ينظر إلى ما يدعوه إلى نكاحها > فليفعل (If one of you proposes to a woman and is able to look at > what will encourage him to marry her, let him do so.) to derive his ruling. Am I correct?
