Before posing my specific question, I would like to state that there is obviously a great difference to ask about a narration's authenticity which is discussed to be either Hasan or Da'if. Interestingly, the following Hadith, like many others, is considered to be proven Sahih by the Muhaddith Shaykh Albani in his Sahih At-Tirmidhi and other books (and Ibn al-Qayyim), yet Al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar Asqalani deemed it to be Da'if (not proven) in Nata'ij al-Afkar (1/243 -6).
Narrated in At-Tirmidhi (55 ), which Abu I'sa deemed to be not proven, that the Prophet (ﷺ) said, after making Wudu and the Shahadah:
>[...] "*Allahum-majalni minat-tau-wabin, waj'alni minal mutatahhirin*" (Ya Allah, make me among the repentant, and make me among those who purify themselves) - "*Then, eight Gates of Paradise are opened for him, that (he) may enter by whichever of them (he) wishes.*"
I would like to know which argument by those two scholars, and if possible from other Hadith-Scholars, is closer to the truth to understand if this Du'a is proven to be Sahih or Da'if (not proven)?

Do twelver shia really say one imam stays silent regarding divine guidance when 2 are present?

I am informed one imam stays silent regarding divine guidance when 2 are present.
.
Raifidi hadith by Imam Sadiq (RH)
(Basa'iru d-Darajat of as-Safar al-Qumi)
Abdu l-Lah ibn Abi Ya'fur said that Abu Abdi l-Lah (Jafaru s-Sadiq) said: "Ali ibn Abi Talib was the knowledgeable Imam of this Ummah and the knowledge is inherited. Not one of us passes away until he sees a son who learns his knowledge, and the Earth doesn't last for a day without an Imam from us, with the Ummah seeking refuge towards him." I said: ***"Can there be two Imams?" He said: "No, unless one of them is silent and refuses to speak until the first one passes away."***
But as per Quran there are atleast 2 instances when 2 imams speak about divine guidance at the same time.
-Quran 36:14
> When ***We sent to them two but they denied them***, so We strengthened [them] with a third, and they said, "Indeed, we are messengers to you."
Another instance is of that Ibrahim and lut.
> But when ***he (ibrahim) saw that they did not stretch out their hands*** towards it, he had a mistrust about them and felt a fear of them in his heart. They said, ***"Don't have any fear: for we have been sent to the people of Lot."***
Quran 11:70.
The doubt arises because twelver shia also considers prophets and messengers as imam.
How do twelver shia reconcile between the instances of Quran and their hadith?

I had before children's with my previous husband. My question is: should I be treated different from the womans who have children's with their husband from the point of view of food, clothes or other rights of muslims wifes? Should I be forced to give 50% of the expenses in the house because I don't have children's?

Are abrogated verses in the Lawh-al-Mahfuz (Stone Tablets)?

The Quran is preserved in the stone tablets near Allah:
> Rather it is a glorious Qurʾān, in a preserved tablet.(85:21-22)
Abrogation is considered a way in which Allah changes or replaces some of the verses of the Quran:
> For any verse that We abrogate or remove from memories, We bring another which is better than it, or similar to it. Do you not know that Allah has power over all things? (2:106)
So, the question from this is whether abrogation applies to the stone tablets as well or not. I see three possibilities:
- Abrogation was done to the stone tablets as well. (I think this is unlikely because it says "preserved")
- Or the abrogated verses are in the stone tablets and were not removed.
- Or the abrogated verses were never in the stone tablets in the first place. (this might imply that those verses were somehow less "Quranic" even when they were not abrogated)
In this question, I am specifically referring to the verses that were abrogated from recitation, meaning they are not in the current Quran anymore.
So, did any of the scholars discuss this topic, and what were their conclusions regarding this?

Can ordinary muslims get wahy?

I came across the text below:
*In short, this is direct knowledge from Allah. However, there is a distinction between a prophet and a saint (wali), in that a prophet, receives (wahy) revelation from Allah, accompanied by a ruh (spirit) from Allah. Ilham (inspiration) from Allah is accompanied by sakina (tranquillity) from Allah. The difference being, Wahy (revelation) is always clear and correct, while Ilham (inspiration) may be fractured (unclear) and incomplete (especially in the beginning), which is why Shaykh Abu Hasan Ash Shadhili said, “If your spiritual unveilings contradict the Book and the Sunna, act upon the book and the sunna and leave off your unveiling and say to yourself, ‘Allah guaranteed infallibility in the Book and the Sunna and has not guaranteed that in spiritual unveiling and inspiration.’*
My questions regarding the above text are:
1. Is the wahy (revelation) mentioned above specifically being discussed in the context of prophets and, therefore, the Quran's revelation?
2. Can and do ordinary human beings get wahy (revelation) from Allah? If so, can normal Muslims get wahy (revelation) for something in their life or the unseen etc?
3. Or is Wahy (revelation) a word that is purely used to describe the revelation that prophets used to receive and therefore is in no way, related to the ordinary individual.

There are four classical schools of thought about fiqh (Hanafi, Hanbali, Shafii, Maliki). Then there are also three Sunni schools of thought about some Aqeedah issues (Athari/Hanbali, Ashari, Maturidi).
Hanafis are generally Maturidi. I sometimes come across some Muslims, who are of the opinion, that one should not be Hanafi and Athari at the same time.
Can a practicing Hanafi adhere to the Athari school of thought? Or is the Maturidi school of thought and Hanafi school of thought so much interconnected, that it is difficult to have a different understanding?
For example Shaikh Akram Nadwi and Abu‘l Izz are Athari Hanafis, but they are criticised by many Hanafis. I know these are advanced topics, which shouldn’t be discussed deeply by layman, but this question has a big impact on the choice of books I read about my religion.

My question relates to this verse:
> And the Horn will be blown, and whoever is in the heavens and whoever is on the earth will fall dead except whom Allah wills. Then it will be blown again, and at once they will be standing, looking on. -- Qur'an 39:68
I've read that the horn (or "trumpet") will be blown by the angel Israfil ; Wikipedia (linking to Encyclopedia Britannica ) writes:
> Israfil will blow the trumpet from a holy rock in Jerusalem to announce the Day of Resurrection. The trumpet is constantly poised at his lips, ready to be blown when God so orders.
People live all over the world, so I'm wondering how people would hear this trumpet (if they do). Maybe it's incredibly loud that the entire world would hear it, but a literal point-source sound that loud would have major physical ramifications.
**Question**: Can the whole world hear Israfil's trumpet?
