Is income from my own halal game valid if I work at a studio using pirated tools?

Salaam everyone! I need some advice on a halal income situation. I work at a game studio where, unfortunately, they use pirated software. I’m just an employee and follow the tasks my employer gives me — I don’t own the company or choose the tools. Now, I’m planning to take an interest-free loan from this company (they’ll deduct it monthly from my salary) to build my own personal PC. On that PC, I plan to create my own independent games using only authentic and legally purchased tools— no piracy, no inappropriate content — fully clean. Once I launch those games and start earning from them, will that income be 100% halal? Or is there a gray area I should be aware of? I’d really appreciate your insights. JazakAllah khair!

Apart from this, I give support(do his core work) to another person working at a different company usually after my work hours and get money in exchange. However, I know that this person has got the job by cheating in interview. Is my work for this person Haram or wrong as I know that he got a job by wrong means?

Was incest permissible at some point ? Did Adam’s first children had to procreate between themselves?
We know incest is forbidden in Islam and other religions. But when we go back to the first human being on earth, prophet Adam, we know that he had children with his wife Eve. And as we are all coming from both of them, it means at some point incest had to happen right. Maybe I am wrong but I really want to understand this aspect. Maybe there is a good explanation for it. Was incest permisssible at that time only temporary ? Or were there more than 2 human being created right after Adam and Eve

My apologies in advance for limited knowledge of Islam. I am writing about the topic of mercy, mostly from a Christian perspective, and trying to understand the similarities and differences in the way the two religions use the term 'mercy'. My specific question is whether showing mercy to other people is considered ethically obligatory or optional. I understand the answer may be more complex than just one or the other. Different forms of mercy may fall into different categories. Offering your kidney to save someone's life might not be treated the same ethically as bailing someone out of financial problems or forgiving someone for hurting you. All of those might be considered merciful, but some might be farḍ and others only mustahabb. It might depend on who the person is or on your relationship to them. But in Islamic thinking, what principles are used to decide? If possible, please include some authoritative sources for the answer. Thanks.

Because Birds fly, They have no limit over area or interest. They want to fly high . How can you keep them in house? house maybe best for a person to live not for birds. So please comment on that, How good is it to keep bird in cage or in house rather leave them to go wherever they want. Example of flowers , they look beautiful until they aren't plucked . Once you pluck them , their beauty become destroyed Please comment on it , Thanks

For those who are not familiar with the dilemma, imagine a trolley is hurtling towards five unsuspecting workers. Do you pull a switch to divert the trolley onto another track, where only one man works alone? Or do you do nothing? So I was having a conversation with my friends about this dilemma, the majority of them were saying that they would pull the switch becasue they are saving 5 people instead of one and thus choosing the slightest harm. And some others were saying that they would choose to do nothing because pulling the switch would make them accountable for the death of that man. The first group was then arguing that their innaction would still kill 5 people but the second group was disagreing, claming that would not be responsible for those deaths. So I guess what im asking is what would be the best way for a muslim to act in this situation ? What is the position of Islam on "innaction" in this scenario ? Would it count as a murder/sin if you choose to pull the switch ?

What do we do about evil thoughts striking our heart? Will we be held accountable for them?
Sometimes in my heart I say things I don't want to say. Is Allah going to hold me accountable for these? What can we do about bad/illicit thoughts striking our heart?

If you help me because you want Allah to give you rewards or presents , then there's nothing special about your kindness , isn't it?. I would say that an Atheist helping other people is BETTER than a Moslem helping other people because they want Allah to give him 'presents' in returns (sorry to say this). There is no sincere thing on this planet. Would believers still help other people if Allah were never promise them anything, Allah never punishes them, and heaven and hell don't exist??

For my studies, I am looking ayah or hadith which unambiguously mentions or strongly suggests that conscience/morality/altruism/mercy are God-given values. The one I have is: > Narrated Abu Huraira: I heard Allah's Messenger saying, Verily Allah > created Mercy. The day He created it, He made it into one hundred > parts. He withheld with Him ninety-nine parts, and sent its one part > to all His creatures. Had the non-believer known of all the Mercy > which is in the Hands of Allah, he would not lose hope of entering > Paradise, and had the believer known of all the punishment which is > present with Allah, he would not consider himself safe from the > Hell-Fire. ---*Sahih al-Bukhari 6469, Book 81, Hadith 58 * From which we learn not only that such values are God-given but also *created* by God. Are there any other? Especially useful would be if I could find ayah/hadith where it is mentioned that such values are actually Signs of Allah.

I know this is not the place for such questions. I just know there are many Muslim users here and moreover many humans here. So many countries with so many humans are not doing anything to help a small country? It has been years. Many countries call themselves powerful but still don't take a step to help Syria. Why can't we help them? Imagine how powerful we are if we join each other and stop it. How will we face Allah when we will be asked what did we do to stop it? When will we help them? Why don't we help them?

Is abortion allowed for a woman / girl who is raped?
I am looking for the response of **any denomination** that is against abortion in the case of rape that has also responded to the scenario below or something similar to it. I am looking for the response of **any denomination** that is against abortion in the case of rape that has also responded to the scenario below or something similar to it. "A Defense of Abortion " (Thomson): > You wake up in the morning and find yourself back to back in bed with > an unconscious violinist. A famous unconscious violinist. He has been > found to have a fatal kidney ailment, and the Society of Music Lovers > has canvassed all the available medical records and found that you > alone have the right blood type to help. They have therefore kidnapped > you, and last night the violinist's circulatory system was plugged > into yours, so that your kidneys can be used to extract poisons from > his blood as well as your own. [If he is unplugged from you now, he > will die; but] in nine months he will have recovered from his ailment, > and can safely be unplugged from you. It is said later that: > Critics of Thomson's argument generally grant the permissibility of > unplugging the violinist, but seek to block the inference that > abortion is permissible by arguing that there are morally relevant > differences between the violinist scenario and typical cases of > abortion. But it is **unsourced**. :( To make my intentions clear, the above is an analogy for a female being raped and impregnated by a male. **Some denominations claim that the female is obliged to carry the child to birth if medically practical** because the child is innocent of his/her father's sins, has a right to life, etc etc etc. (Assume ideal conditions such as medical complications not being present so the mother and child are healthy, the mother can give birth, the mother and the father are not close relatives, a proper hospital is available and can be afforded, an adoption agency is available etc etc etc) **So do those arguments apply to the violinist too?** What are the "morally relevant differences" ? I understand that Thomson was defending abortion in non-rape cases, but let us consider only rape cases. What's the difference? Why are women responsible for carrying a child, who she did not consent to carrying, to birth but people are not responsible for caring for a violinist who they were attached to without consent? I am not saying women are not responsible, but **if they are, it looks like everyone is responsible for the violinist.** Finally, I would like to emphasize that I'm looking for any denomination's response, probable response based on teachings or relevant teachings. Naturally, I'm not asking what "Islam" thinks or would think. Thanks to all. I'm new to site so please go easy on me in feedback and editing. :)
