                          Have Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) or his companions ever offered Qadha salat? Where in hadiths/Qur'an they are mentioned?

If it is approved by Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) then can one pray Zuhr qadha with 'Asr fardh?
