Recently I've been searching for a house online, of course I do not want to get involved in Riba Astagfir-Allah, so I started subscribing to all these "sale in execution" property auction websites, so I can see whether I could get some good deals.
Anyways, I came across this one car they said you can buy it on "rent to buy".
So I looked up "rent to buy" and according to this explanation on Forbes.com you pay a deposit / down payment on the property (car / home/etc) and the rent you pay each month includes rent plus a downpayment on the innitial price of the house, and the price does not fluctuate with the interest rate.
Is it Halal to be involved in such a transaction? Please give a reason for your answer, Shukran.

the most widely used definition for **intellectual property** is,
*Intellectual property (IP) refers to creations of the mind, such as inventions; literary and artistic works; designs; and symbols, names and images used in commerce.*
i understand that anything created for the betterment of the muslim ummah and to please Allah (S.W) is allowed and not haram, generally speaking.
my question is, **is there any evidence from the quran and authentic sunnah to support *specifically* intellectual property?**.
though this concept is coined much later, i would like to know if there are evidences from the time of the prophet PBUH. in my layman's effort, i have come across some but i would refrain from mentioning them here because i doubt the authenticity of those and also to provide a more wider and fresh angle, for the persons providing answers.

Where I say property, I mean, something physical which has value. If the islamic definition of rent-able property is different, please let me know.
If I have property in the form of a house, I understand that I can rent this house out and get monthly payments in the form of USD until the house is returned to me, where the rental period is defined in a contract. As far as I have read, this is apparently halaal.
My question is, if I have property in the form of gold, can I rent that gold out and get monthly payments in the form of USD until the gold is returned to me? Where the rental period is also defined in a contract.

I'd like to know the ruling or if there are different opinions and cases for lost property (لُقَطَة) -books, keys, smartphones, etc.- which was found in mosques?
It happens often that people when leaving a mosque for example take the wrong pair of shoes -unintentionally- (so I don't mean cases these are stolen), so their own shoes might stay in the mosque can the person finding them if he was the owner of the other shoes take them instead?
Or more general if you found something that might have an owner in a mosque should you announce it and if so how? Can you use it etc.?
Are there differences of opinion and differences between mosques for example the three mosques ?

Should we destroy the haram material of others if we encounter it by accident?
I wanted to know if there is any responsibility over you if by accident you encounter haram material which belongs to others (e.g. porn, alcohol). You can destroy it or have the ability to destroy it. Should we destroy it or no responsibility is over us because it's not our property?

As I understand, after marriage, the husband is ordinarily expected to provide a reasonable place for the wife to live.
> A wife has the right to financial maintenance, including food, clothing, and housing according to what the husband can afford. It is the husband’s responsibility to work and support his wife. -- NewMuslims.com
Although I'm not sure if these are more what you'd call "guidelines" than actual rules. Al-Islam indicates it is possible for the couple to organize more suitable arrangements, if mutually agreeable:
> No matter how rich the wife might be, she is not obliged to act as a co-provider for the family unless she herself voluntarily chooses to do so. Spouses do inherit from one another. Moreover, a married woman in Islam retains her independent legal personality and her family name. -- Al-Islam
For this question, I have in mind the specific circumstance of when a woman owns a house and gets married afterwards.
**Question**: If a woman owns a house then gets married, is it inappropriate for her husband to move into her house?
Maybe it's acceptable. Perhaps a Muslim husband might find such a role reversal dishonourable. Or perhaps this is totally out of the question for some reason I'm unaware of.
