My father was a Unani Doctor. He passed away in July 2019. We are 2 brother and I am younger. My elder brother is 20 years older than me and practiced for some time with my father. Our clinic was on the ground floor of the house we lived. It's well known by my father's name/fame in the nearby cities. Patients recognised him.
After his death, he took over the entire clinic and left me and my mother. Fortunately, half of the house where we lived was under my mother's name. As I was also in the same profession and completed my studies around the time of his death only, me and my mother started a new clinic in half of the house.
Now there are 2 clinic's and both claim to be old place of my late father. Recently, my elder brother started keeping my father's image framed and hanged at several places within the clinic. This is affecting our business as patient's still come due to my father's name only and recognise the photo.
Several people have advised to hang a photo in our clinic as well but we don't know if its right. Before my brother had started keeping my father's image, both of the clinic's were getting almost 50-50% of patients.
Main Query: Is it ok for me to keep image of my deceased father hanged inside the clinic under the given circumstances as it has high impact on patients coming to my clinic?

I've already inquired for a similar question, but my previous question was in regards to "Can women put their pictures (without hijab) on the internet". So, at that question I concluded that it is impermissible for women to utilize their photographs without hijab in cyberspace, since haram is haram (and it can has its negative effect [sin] on the viewer) and ...
But about the ones whose images are with hijab, I assume: since there can be existed the probability of an amount of sin (as a possibility) for the ones who watch her(them) as non-mahrams, I was wondering if **it is permissible, Makruh or impermissible for women to utilize that if their photos are with hijab**?

If drawing people is not permitted, does that mean that you may also not take pictures of people or engage in photography? What about movies - can you use a video camera to make a movie of your family (i.e. baby's first steps)? How is taking a picture different from drawing something?
If limitations on paintings are only limited to divine bodies, where is that supported in the Islamic religion? It seems it was once allowed (*warning: link has paintings of Prophet Muhammad*). Also, Iran (Sh'ia) permits depictions of the Prophet, and even has a collection of artwork surrounding it. Is that considered haram by Sunnis?

In an arranged marriage setting, can we send girl's picture without head scarf to a potential suitor's mother/sister.. not knowing for sure if they will delete the photo if not interested.
The family of the suitors have stated many times that they will come to the house for further talk if they like the girl.. which is acceptable in Islam as well. They have the right to see whom they are choosing for their son.
If we do not send without hijab pics.. they do not reply and the matter gets closed.. many proposals are going because of this.. please elaborate on this.

Is it permissible for me and my husband to kiss in public and frame it?
I thought it was haram because we would kiss in front of the photographer who makes our picture and when we will frame it the man in the shop will also see the picture.

Many converts will have Christmas photos, in which they will not be observing hijab, be drinking alcohol, celebrating Christmas, eating Christmas ham , etc., none of which is particularly Islamic. However, these photos will also including their loved ones as they grew up, and will be irreplaceable memories, and thus not easy to discard.
These photos can both be hard copies, in electronic format (on their personal computer), or on social media (e.g. Facebook, for all their friends to see).
**Question**: What should a convert do with their old Christmas photos?
