Why is it that some of us are born deaf, blind or with any other disability or developed them through their lifetime? 2. Does this mean that the healthy have an advantage over the sick? 3. Are the sick rewarded for their patience during sickness?

my name is Alessandro and I'm a 25 year old boy, I've been a muslim for about a year. I have a doubt that I'm not sure I'll find the answer in the Holy Scriptures. I think it's a difficult question, I haven't found any answers on the internet. I have severe deafness and it gets worse every year as does my nearsightedness. And not only that, i can get sick easily but that doesn't stop me from working hard. I can work hard to support my family, so i would like to get married and have children. My question is, can i have children? I may be able to raise them with the help of my wife and family. But I fear to anger Allah and fall from His Grace. I think that's a legitimate question to ask, because people have always looked down on people with disabilities. And so often families are ashamed to have children with problems because they are regarded as a disgrace from God. I hope to get an answer...

Salaam sisters and brothers. I've been trying to get help regarding this issue I have since being a child and wondering if you could help. I am 22 years old and I am disabled wheelchair bound. My question is not a question but more of a issue I need help with. I was never really taught about Islam growing up, my family just expected us to know how to pray etc. my family always told me I didn't have to do namaz because of my issues but as I got older they told me I should be praying but I have a lot of reasons as to why I'm not praying. I have incontinence problems, I don't go two minutes without having an accident and if I do wudo it breaks two minutes later. I can't perform wudo properly as I can't really wash my arms legs and face properly as I can't reach them. I can't wear a hijab or appropriate clothing on my own so I'm not sure what I would do when I'm praying as I've got no help to wear clothing, I also can't cover my feet. Lastly due to my disabilities I don't really know how to pray. I don't know what to say or when to lift my arms up or not. It's embarrassing but this is why I'm seeking help.

As salamualaikum May i ask once again a (maybe two in one) question on behalf of my dear sister's name. A long time ago she agreed that if i think she intended to marry, i should arrange it or at least she should have my permission to meet a man (cause of her severe physical disability, i try to help and protect her as best as possible for her own good). ((Again: Its her free will and decision as she came to islam to live it as scrupulously as possible.)) Yesterday she told me that she is in a affair, has comitted zina by speaking and looking at a young man as she was out only for anhour to breath fresh air and soak the sun as she hardly goes out of the place where she stays under our care. I wanted to do a research before taking any decision. What i know is: > "The woman and the man guilty of fornication/adultery,- flog each of them with a hundred stripes: Let not compassion move you in their case, in a matter prescribed by Allah, if ye believe in Allah and the Last Day: and let a party of the Believers witness their punishment." > — Qur'an, Sura 24 (An-Nur), ayat 2 what i found: > It was narrated from Abu Hurayrah that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Allaah has decreed for every son of Adam his share of zina, which he will inevitably commit. The zina of the eyes is looking, the zina of the tongue is speaking, one may wish and desire, and the private parts confirm that or deny it.” "Nor come nigh to fornication/adultery: for it is a shameful (deed) and an evil, opening the road (to other evils)." Is her action leading to a specific hadd, if yes, is there a Special rule for disabled offenders? Who would be responsible to carry out the hadd in this case? I hope that i asked my question correctly and I am great ful for any response, criticism and correction.

Does a disabled person have to pay Zakat or can he/she be exempt?
What is the criteria for Zakat for a disabled person who is in terminal illness. The person lives from her/his savings, which are used for medicine and caretaker but his/her savings (which is used day by day for treatment) are above Nisab. Someone please put the light on this situation.

Let's say one in a married couple or both of them have some sort of mental or physical disability (a serious one perhaps), and reproducing has a high chance of making the offspring suffer from the same disability which might or will lead to the child from suffering extremely throughout its life. Let's say the couple has no empathy and decency at all and decides to reproduce anyways. Is it morally acceptable in Islam to procreate in this case or are there no rules regarding this matter?

As-salāmu ʿalaikum My younger sister (17) has found islam al-Hamdu li-Llāh and now she tries as strict as possible to be a correct muslima in everything. She asked me to write some questions here. As she is physically disabled (she sits in a motoriszed wheelchair because her body ist very weak. She is able to move herselfe from head to the chest a little but can't move her fingers and can't stretch her arms wider than to her arm rests. Which much help she is able to stand on her tiptoes for a short time but not able to move her legs or feet, bow her upper body, kneel with her bottom on her heels, because of shortened tendons, sitting on the ground without supporting herselfes with her hands) this is werry difficult for her. Also doing whudu herselfe is impossible. Because she does not life at home the whole year its not possible to give her support for 5 prayers a day and 5 times whudu. Would it be enough if she gets washed in her bed in the morning once and then doing the first prayer in a way correct as possible with the help she needs and the other 4 prayers in her chair and/or bed? Which rules she has to follow during whudu and praying in all situations/Positions? Are there MUSTS that my be difficult? She also wears now thick black and long skirts but is not able to cover her feet because her skin on the feet is very sensitive (if she would whear shoes or socks or cover her feet with a fabric, a seam could couse her pain from red pressure marks) and her legs are often stretched from spasm so that her feet are stretched out and are fully visible. Should she cover her feet regardless of pain if she wants to be verry correct? Is a small towel on her feet enough during prayer? Thank you verry much for your answer!
