Is the music of the Zabūr زبور forbidden?

The Zabūr ٱلزَّبُورِ is replete and resplendent with command to worship Allah with music and specifically instrumentation. It seems to always be able to call up another instrument to the service and praise of Allah. The diversity and depth of its cornucopia ensemble dazzles the mind.
But as is widely taught music is forbidden: This seems to present a paradox.
So is the music of the Zabur forbidden!?

How can this be? David was the king of Israel, from the Tribe of Judah, wrote commentary on the Torah and led the Jewish people. Also there is no evidence he was ever in Mecca. If he was Muslim, how can you explain all the historical contradictions?

Prophet Dawud's (AS) fasting is termed as Alternate Day fasting. I've been following daily fasts but now switching to Alternate Day Fasting Protocol since Muhammad SAW called it the best way (Reference ).
The first day is clear, it's the second day which is confusing.
Day 1 - Fast for 24 hours (No food, no water, clear)
**Day 2 Questions**
**Water**: I assume I can drink water throughout the day.
**Frequency**: Eat 3 meals a day (breakfast, lunch, dinner) or one meal a day (aka **OMAD**)
If Frequency is OMAD then options are
Option A) Eat at the 01th hour
Option B) Eat at sunset
Option C) Eat at 23rd hour
**I'm looking for the Precise Protocol followed by Prophet Dawud AS.**

I feel incredibly guilty and I’m also scared of punishment, but I have depression and anxiety which just makes showering seem so difficult. I am not saying that it’s justified if I don’t do ghusl, but i struggle with it. It’s kind of become a fear for me to even fall asleep bc I’m scared I might have a wet dream. Am I a kaafir?
