working in IT department of bank

does it matter if I work for an IT company which works for a bank is it haram because I get money for the work I do if that's the case then isn't all money haram because of the source i.e., the bank? So what can I do? what are all the possible IT companies with high pay and not haram? also what are the consequences of the child who's father works in such IT department for the bank.
