Whats the ruling of paying zakat on the bellow cases please help if some one can

Assalamwalekum WRB brother . 1. a property that is being used as office for employees, which is consulting or service business?as well the office building has loan or mortgage on it ... 2. I have brought a property on mortgage but and rented it 180k then there is mortgage EMI which is going , like EOD its more that the rent means a loss and property value is not increased that much too so what should I do ? I live in rented property my self and planning to move into this one.. 3. there is an other property in which I live now in other country but in future I may be sell it, but now its my residence whats the ruling on that for zakat ?
