Does discharge after urinating break Wudu and make my clothes unclean?
Sometimes after you have finished urinating, it may happen that you drip in your pants right after you perform Wudu or before you go for prayer. **So I wonder if it breaks the Wudu; what about the pants, do we have to change them every single time? I have Urine incontinence issue, and i have heard that if i wash my private part as with as the area of my underwear that may have effected with urine drops. And if the urine drop still leaks, my prayer is still valid. My Question is, Do i have wrap my private part with tissue? because some people say that i have to do it. But I find it very annoying and disturbing. Also many a times i don't have access to tissues. And sometimes the urine drops still leak through the tissue. So Do i have to wrap it up with tissue or is it just okay to wash my private part and the parts of my underwear?

I am suffering from urinary incontinence, but it doesn't happen all the time. It only happens sometimes every day and I can't predict when it happens.
Whenever I pray I insert a pad and start praying. However, I do panic, wondering if I leaked urine and must repeat everything again because all I want is to just manage to achieve perfect prayer without so much struggle. I want to be like other muslims.
When I finish salah, I check the pad. If there is urine in it, meaning I leaked, I repeat wudu and pray again. I keep on doing that until the pad after prayer is clean.
Am I doing the right thing? Should I continue like this or should I learn to ignore to check the pad?

If I’m suffering from farts continuously and if I’m wearing socks, do i have to take off my socks every time I make wudu and wear it again or can I just wipe over it like how you would normally do when you wanna make wudu with socks on even if you feel sometime during the wudu or after the wudu?

It can be a hassle if they need to repeat the wudhu' and the salah. Is it permissible in this case to pray sitting if it helps maintain khushoo' and prevents release of wind and/or faeces?

Does a Muslim woman with urinary incontinence need to change her pad before each prayer?
There's various online fatawa around which describe the effect of urinary incontinence on salah prayer (e.g. IslamWeb [1][1], [2][2]; [SeekersHub][3]; [Zamzam Academy][4]; MuftiOnline [1][5], [2][6], [3][7]; Islam Q&A [1][8], [2][9], [3][10]). They usually state that ablution (wudu) is required before each salah, and should be performed after the time for prayer has started. However, they don't seem to address this question:
**Question**: Does a Muslim woman with urinary incontinence need to change her pad before each prayer?
A woman with urinary incontinence may absorb the urine using some kind of pad , which will be kept against her skin. (Maybe men with urinary incontinence do the same, I'm not sure.) However, the pad may or may not be enough to keep the impurities away in order to perform prayer. Obviously, there's a level of impracticality to changing a pad this many times per day.
