Reconciliation demands from wife, multiple states away

Salaam, I have committed a grave sin and have spent months repenting what I've done. I am a married man and committed zina. My wife understandably left our marital home with our 6 year old son to another state to be with her parents. She made demands as part of reconciliation. One part that is concerning to me, we have not reconciled, she has not brought my child back to visit me or my side of the family for almost a year, do I still have to provide the nafaqah to her? I know I still have to for my son. The other concern is, she wants me to move in with her parents, she said I should quit my job and move in with her parents and figure it out while we reconciled. This is extremely risky because there is no guarantee we will reconcile, the other part is, I won't be able to provide for her and our child. I will become a burden on my in-laws and my wife at that point. I have started to put my foot down the last 3 months and telling her that we need to figure out things because this is not healthy how we are living so far away. I have not returned to the sin and have been in therapy for a year now.
