                          I am asking about the verse 3:54  of the Quran where it says:

> والله خير الماكرين

The word of "ماكر" is mean:

> deceive; crafty; deceitful; deceptive; equivocator; knavish; misguiding; misleading

Does this phrase translate to 'Allah is best deceiver'?
