We know Quran is a concise book, not a single word there is without reason. Every single word is decorated and managed like a pearl in necklace, and not a single word wasted but when you see the **Surah Rahman** a single ayah "Fabe-aiye alae ..." repeated 31 times. What could be the reason of using it again and again?

> (Quran 55:17) Lord of the two Easts and Lord of the two Wests What is the meaning of two east and two west in this ayah?

What exactly is the meaning of the word **bisultan بسلطان** in [Surah Ar-Rahman ayat 33](http://quran.com/55/33) : **Sahih International**: >O company of jinn and mankind, if you are able to pass beyond the regions of the heavens and the earth, then pass. You will not pass except **by authority** (*bisultan*) [from Allah ]. According to this ayah/verse, we cannot pass the galaxy or heavens except from the authority of Allah. However, nowadays NASA has the technology to go even to Mars; in the future humans may well have technology that can go to another galaxy. Does "You will not pass except by authority" mean that humans cannot pass and go to another galaxy without the permission of Allah? Could someone please explain the meaning of this phrase to me?

In Surah Rahman Verse 7 , Allah says > وَالسَّمَاءَ رَفَعَهَا **وَوَضَعَ** الْمِيزَانَ > > And the heaven He raised and **imposed** the balance But in the Verse 10 , Allah says > وَالْأَرْضَ **وَضَعَهَا** لِلْأَنَامِ > > And the earth He **laid [out]** for the creatures. Are the words in bold not the same? If yes, does the meaning of the word change with context in Arabic?

Surat Ar-Rahman begins this way: > :In the name of the most merciful & gracious God: > >:The most merciful::Taught the Quran::Created the human::Taught him > eloquence: But "Taught the Quran" to whom? Did God mean teaching it to humans? If yes, why it was mentioned before mentioning the creation of the humans and teaching them eloquence? This sequence seems strange. If no, then he meant teaching it to whom?
