Is it permissible to have an islamic twitter account as a woman?

As the question states, I have a Twitter account where I post reminders or debunk misconceptions about Islam. I do not post myself, nor do I privately talk with males; everything is done in a public setting. A comment told me I am a "hoejabi" because I have a social media account, despite me never crossing the line with any male, and I have no photos of myself on my Twitter. Is this permissible? Thank you
