Concerning Atharis, are the fiqh rulings from Classical Scholars of different Aqeedahs like Maturidi or Ashari, still binding upon them? As in, still authoritative when it comes to Sharia law opinions?
In short, does a theological creed automatically invalidate a scholar’s fiqh rulings?
