Is it haram to believe in the utility & utilize, the scientifically proven parts of the subconscious mind?

I've a question regarding the subconscious mind: Is it haram to believe in the utility & utilize, the scientifically proven parts of the subconscious mind? Like I know there're quite a few aspects around subconscious mind like "Law of attraction", manifesting, subliminals, "The Secret" stuff that's completely haram & might even be shirk. These have no scientific basis either. I don't believe in those. I don't believe in the core idea of manifesting. But some elements of the subconscious mind has been scientifically proven like the placebo effect, power of visualization(mental imagery) etc. Can I believe in those as one of the blessings from Allah & try to utilize them for my benefits(health, productivity, professional?
