What is the best procedure for submitting scientific papers for an Islamic readership audience?

I have tried to submit a research paper that highlights that biochemical reactions in even the smallest of organisms, prokaryotic bacteria, would be impossible without an all knowing, all encompassing, omnipresent, monotheistic being (Allah) guiding, and sustaining all processes under one authority. The main stream science publishers would likely reject the draft. I seek a non-fiction Islamic publisher for this and other research work. I seek advice and experience from those who have published research papers to publications that cater to Islamic audiences.
