Did Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) ever punish a Muslim woman for not wearing a jilbab, hijab, niqab, burqa, in public?

                          I just want to know did prophet Muhammad make strict rules if women did not wear dress well. Did they get punishment. Give me some examples please.
