                          In [this](https://youtu.be/9NsCTWgulSM)  video it is claimed that س is for farther away future, but سوف is for more nearer future.

But when I search for **س vs سوف** I see the opposite.

So, is there a formal resource that can be used as the most authoritative source for Quranic grammar?
